On time, efficient and carpet looks like new! Great service! Highly recommend
We had Brent from Albemarle Floor Care out to our beach house at the end of the rental season to clean all of our carpets and he did an amazing job! The carpets are original to the house (16 years old this year) and they all came out looking great. I will definitely be requesting him when I need another carpet…
Thank you to Holly and the crew for being so quick to respond. She called as soon as they opened and got us in the same day.
Great service from start to finish. Prompt responses via email when I made inquiries. Quote matched the final price. Technician onsite was prompt and did a stellar job. All carpets look at k great! Will recommend with confidence!
Technician was on time as always, even a little early and did an amazing job as always. I would recommend Albemarle to anyone looking for a great service provider and getting the job done right. Thank you.
Max did a fantastic job! I even asked Max about our pool table which perennially gets stains from renters and it came out beautiful! That saves a $500 refelt job & it looks like new!
Great and courteous service. Always helpful and friendly. Customer for 12 years.
Derrick was very good. He very carefully handled the items that needed moving. He also was very professional and kind.
Love how they're on time, work efficiently, and get the job done. They've revived our carpet and furniture.
Have used this company before & are always pleased. Thomas arrived & did a spectacular job on our carpets. He also mentioned all the other services Albemarle performs which I wasn't aware of. Plan on having our vinyl floors spruced up next season. Highly recommend Albermarle.
Austin explained the process of pet stains and was very helpful
We had our carpets and a few pieces of furniture cleaned on 05/04/2023. Tom did a fantastic job cleaning everything. He was very careful and meticulous. They look brand new. We definitely would recommend Albemarle to our friends and neighbors. New customers - we strongly recommend them!
Austin did the cleaning of our carpets and one small area rug. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job. My neighbor saw the results of what he did for us and will be calling them to do her cottage!
Albemarle also cleaned and sealed family room hardwood floor removing scuff marks and scratches and did an amazing job!! Upholstery and carpet cleaning was also excellent. Tile floor in kitchen looks new!! We'll definitely use them for cleaning needs in the future! Thanks!
Thomas is excellent! Always professional, considerate and thorough. Thank you!
Best Carpet and Upholstery cleaning on the beach. I've used them for 20 years and never a complaint. Use them for the real estate client's homes as well. You cannot go wrong with Albemarle Fabric & Floor Care!!
