Always top-notch service!
Max did a fantastic job! I even asked Max about our pool table which perennially gets stains from renters and it came out beautiful! That saves a $500 refelt job & it looks like new!
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Patient in explaining options and thoughtful follow up..Will absolutely give them a call for all future flooring and upholstery needs! Clicked "not sure" about pricing because we have not received the bill yet (service was today).
Very pleased again with Albemarle cleaning of two large area rugs, stairs and our couch and love seat. Once again, Derrick provided excellent service with attention to detail and ensuring that the final result was a super clean and improved look carpet- with summer renter stains removed. Couches look almost new…

Derrick was very good. He very carefully handled the items that needed moving. He also was very professional and kind.
Love how they're on time, work efficiently, and get the job done. They've revived our carpet and furniture.
The service was good and the work was well-done. I was shocked at the price, though. In the future, I need to get an estimate before the work is done. They recently rescued us by coming to clean a room for guests who were arriving that night! The carpet had developed a bad smell that we didn't figure out until…
We had our carpets and a few pieces of furniture cleaned on 05/04/2023. Tom did a fantastic job cleaning everything. He was very careful and meticulous. They look brand new. We definitely would recommend Albemarle to our friends and neighbors. New customers - we strongly recommend them!
