Coming to the end of 2025 and Albert Auto continues to keep my 2002 Silverado running great! Had more work done and I'm very pleased with them. I’ve been getting my vehicles serviced at Albert Auto since 2006 and have always been very pleased with their work and knowledge to do the job.
I have used Albert Auto for years. They have always treated me fairly and the work is completed professionally and in a timely manner. I recommend them to everyone without hesitation.
Communication was great. Quick service. Good people!
They were very helpful and worked with us. I am very pleased with the work that was done, and they didn't try to"up sell" me at all. As a female I get many shops that talk down to me. Alberta did no such thing! Thank you guys and we will be bringing all our car needs to you.
Chad an his crew do excellent work at a very competitive price. Would recommend for both tiers and repairs without hesitation.
VERY VERY fast service turn around! Brett in service drive was awesome! I (think mechanic Josh) was in early and out late but got job done 100% !!
Albert Auto was great. Got water pump repair completed 2 days earlier than promised (I had a rental car so that was awesome). Also did repair for $115 less than quoted. Great job
Chad and his crew are excellent. They got my car engine repair done within 2 days, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Albert Auto for all of your vehicle service and repair needs.
Very pleased with the service here, and appreciate their honesty, thorough explanation of issues, & fair pricing.
Was very pleased with the work that was done but would have liked underside of engine cleaned off it leaked oil on my driveway and garage floor .
I originally called and schedule an appointment for my 7.3 diesel engine and gave an detailed description of the problem and Albert's took the appointment only to find out they were unable to do this type of work. I've used Albert's in the past and have not had any issues but this time they sent me back two weeks as…
Great communication with Chad on diagnostic and cost of repair. Repair completed quick and got my vehicle back same day!!
Great service, and upfront on all expenses. Trustworthy mechanics and great front desk people. Have been a customer for years and will continue for years to come.
They replaced several of my front suspension parts and did an alignment for $1100 cheaper than another shop quoted me for the same work. These guys took care of me and are Great to work with! Super Nice people. Highly Recommend!
Very fair and timely
Chad and his employees are always great to work with. They work on my employer's vehicles and have worked on my family's personal vehicles for a long time. I've never had to go back because something wasn't fixed right. I'd recommend him quickly to anyone.
Great place and good value.
Albert Auto Service was professional In every way. The valve cover gasket was blown on my daughters car. They communicated well, car was clean when we got it back, and the price was affordable. I highly recommend this shop.
Very awesome work they were very friendly didn't try to over sell me on anything an had my truck done very fast an the price was a couple hundred less than expected. Most definitely my new go to place
They are great!! Fixed all the mistakes from Eberles Auto!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!
My vehicle was towed in to the J Street location, and the folks there took very good care of me. Very quick service, great communication, wonderful professionalism. Highly recommended, will use again if in Cedar Rapids.
They got me in fairly quick called me a hour after they got it and gave me great news! Not only was it not what every other person said it was it was going to cost $600 less than I was told by others as well. There was a couple other things wrong and he was honest in telling me about it and the need to fix now vs…
We were traveling from Houston Texas to Cedar Rapids for a family funeral and began having engine trouble. The team at Albert’s Auto were able to squeeze us into their very busy schedule and fix the issue. The cost was fair and the service was outstanding. Each employee that I dealt with were kind and very helpful.…
I have been trusting Albert Auto on Jst for over a decade now with our fleet of vehicles. They are super friendly and the service is great. They go above and beyond to make sure that our vehicles leave their lots in top notch condition and for safe travels.
Good quality work and quick too. They run everything they are doing by you first, and they don’t replace stuff that doesn’t need to be replaced yet. They are honest with problems they see and if it needs to be fixed now or if it can wait.
Chad Albert is a mechanical genius !
Happy with Alberts fast and did awesome job
They were very professional and honest. I appreciate how they handled everything. I was told by a dealer that I needed a whole new engine. I was devastated so I called Albert Auto and they were able to repair my engine for an 1/8 of what the dealer was going to charge. Albert Auto will be my go to from now on. Thank you so much!!!!
Excellent service best price in town would recommend this place for all repairs🚗🏆
We've been taking our vehicles to Albert's South for over 10 years. They are honest, trustworthy, and dependable. It's such a relief knowing we're covered if we have anything from regular maintenance to major repairs.
Really clean comfy place. Feels nice and homey.
I was Very pleased with the service that I received here. They were able to get me in very quickly during an urgent situation. I was also able to use a loaner car for another service. Friendly and knowledgeable.
