Always take my vehicle's to Albert's on J Street. Honest, reliable, friendliest staff. Chad is the owner and always does what is right for his customers.
Coming to the end of 2025 and Albert Auto continues to keep my 2002 Silverado running great! Had more work done and I'm very pleased with them. I’ve been getting my vehicles serviced at Albert Auto since 2006 and have always been very pleased with their work and knowledge to do the job.
Awesome mechanic. Can’t recommend enough.
Oil changed in 45 minutes
Bought a car that had it's last oil change at albert auto service. On its next oil chance the mechamic imformed me the previous person to do an oil change didn't put O rings on the filter nor the drain plug. It's lucky i didn't run out of oil and blow the engine. Plus oil had leaked and splattered all over the…
Very good service and nice people. I would recommend these guys to friends and family
First time visit for just an oil change. Mentioned that I would need to make another appointment to have power steering checked. Was told they could check that also and they found the problem. Should have been charged more with all the work they did and was ready to go in 35 minutes. Entire staff and service are…
Fast friendly service
My first time there. Very friendly and was quick to take me to the floor to show what they found with my vehicle that needed worked on.
First time coming here and the experience was great! From the call setting up the appointment, to walking in the door at the shop, to the people at the desk! Everyone was very friendly and professional. The waiting room was the most comfortable car shop I’ve ever waited in! And I was in and out for my oil change in…

Chad an his crew do excellent work at a very competitive price. Would recommend for both tiers and repairs without hesitation.
It was fast and grate service.
Took my van in for oil change and to check the check engine light that had just come on. Called to say it was a code similar to gas cap needing replaced, yet my van doesn’t have one. Ran a “self test” and no codes came back so he said they would clear the code and if it were to come back on then further testing…

Needed an oil change, done faster than I thought! Great service:)
I've used Albert Auto for years. Great shop.
I had them look over my car for the hundred thousand mile maintenance. At 90,000 miles all I needed was an oil change. They told me I needed to have a ball joint replaced but not right away. I had no idea what I was going to find out but it certainly was a pleasant surprise knowing my bill came to $65.00!
Albert
I was talking with a friend about a car issue I was having and she highly recommended Albert’s. I called to schedule an appt and they were able to get my car in soon after. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in a timely way and for a fair price. 10/10 recommend!
Easy to make an appointment, oil change was done quickly and was able to pick my car up an hour later.

I had an excellent experience at this auto shop! The service was super and the pricing was very reasonable. It was my first time there, and they even took the time to look at a noise my car was making. Luckily, it turned out to be an easy fix, and they didn't even charge me for it. I appreciate their honesty and…

Chad and his employees are always great to work with. They work on my employer's vehicles and have worked on my family's personal vehicles for a long time. I've never had to go back because something wasn't fixed right. I'd recommend him quickly to anyone.
These guys always have delivered quality, professional service quickly.
They are always extremely fast and very quick with the schedule!
Haven’t been to Albert Auto in years. I assumed they used a standard well known oil. Assuming they must use Rotella in diesels I thought nothing of it at check in. After they were on to my second vehicle getting it’s oil change I saw a sign for Havoline oil. I have never heard of it. My truck has never had anything…
I had an appointment and they were ready to go. Took less than 1/2 hour for an oil change at a very fair price. Will use them again when needed.
I called Albert Auto Service and they gave me an inexpensive quote to change my oil. When I came in and got it changed it was even cheaper than they originally quoted me. They noted several things in need of attention of my car and wrote me a quote. I admit I don't know much about cars, so I called a friend. He said…
Took less time than they stated, reasonably priced, and high quality work!
Called a week ago to get an oil change and they had me in just a couple days. They were quick and even gave me a heads up on a couple things in the front end needing repairs soon. I recommend these guys to everyone. Thank you for the dependable and honest service.
Great place and good value.
I used to take my 2015 Silverado to the dealer for service… Until I felt they seriously overcharged me for a repair. A friend told me about Chad from Alberts Auto and how he’s always trusted Alberts. My experience with Alberts Auto included the following. I appreciated that they called me to explain all problems…

It was my first time at Albert Auto. I had my oil change done in less than 30 minutes, I was impressed. The shop I used to go to, it usually take them over an hour.Great customer service I will definitely go back there.
Chad has a great team of people… everyone goes above & beyond for us. I typically wait in the lobby while they change oil, rotate tires etc. I am always in and out in 20-30 min- no excessive waiting at all. They are very honest and won’t perform a service unless discussed with me first and more importantly if…

I’ve taken my care to Albert auto for my oil change and other maintenance issues and they have always been great to work with and I trust what they say. They also go above and beyond to help out their customers. They squeezed me in twice in two days to patch two different tires for two different issues that happened…
Very helpful, polite and fast
Oil leak repair and change. They contacted me with a diagnosis and were able to perform the work in the anticipated timeframe. Very professional, I would recommend this business.
Good quality work and quick too. They run everything they are doing by you first, and they don’t replace stuff that doesn’t need to be replaced yet. They are honest with problems they see and if it needs to be fixed now or if it can wait.
Albert's always delivers great quality service. The staff is so very accommodating and prices are fair!
My family has trusted them with our cars for over a decade. They’re always extremely friendly and knowledgeable, their service is great and reliable ... and they have so much integrity that they often won’t charge you for things that they don’t have to. Excellent service best price in town would recommend this place for all repairs🚗🏆
We've been taking our vehicles to Albert's South for over 10 years. They are honest, trustworthy, and dependable. It's such a relief knowing we're covered if we have anything from regular maintenance to major repairs.
Very friendly and professional service I would recommend them to everyone
I absolutely appreciate the time and attention that Albert's Auto takes when it comes to handling my car. They are respectful, kind, caring, as well as interactive. They will let you know what needs repair if any. They do not sugar coat anything, but contrariwise they do not hide any details either. I trust nobody else with my vehicles.
