Straight shooters. Fix only what needs fixing.
Coming to the end of 2025 and Albert Auto continues to keep my 2002 Silverado running great! Had more work done and I'm very pleased with them. I’ve been getting my vehicles serviced at Albert Auto since 2006 and have always been very pleased with their work and knowledge to do the job.
I have used Albert Auto for years. They have always treated me fairly and the work is completed professionally and in a timely manner. I recommend them to everyone without hesitation.
First time visit for just an oil change. Mentioned that I would need to make another appointment to have power steering checked. Was told they could check that also and they found the problem. Should have been charged more with all the work they did and was ready to go in 35 minutes. Entire staff and service are…
I can't say enough good things about Albert Auto in Cedar Rapids, Iowa! My recent visit to their shop was nothing short of exceptional. Chad, one of their team members, truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. Dropping off and picking up my car was a breeze, thanks to their streamlined…
Chad an his crew do excellent work at a very competitive price. Would recommend for both tiers and repairs without hesitation.
Chad and the guys are great. Got my wife's car in before they thought they would be able to and had it done the next day. Very fair prices and good mechanics would highly recommend for anybody needing work done.
Albert’s Auto was able to squeeze me in and completed the work quickly that I needed. I will definitely be back! Thanks!
I went in for an alignment and the guys recognized that something else was causing my steering issues. They identified the problem and repaired it the same day. I highly recommend Albert Auto Service.
Great place to have your vehicle worked on! Always done in a timely manner!
They had me in and out in one day. I have been taking my cars to Alberts for years because I trust them and they will do all they can to keep the prices low and get my car back as soon as possible. No other place for me.
This place is awesome. Great service. Won’t go anywhere else.
Albert Auto takes good care of its customers. They are fast and reliable. Their estimates are very accurate and I never worry that they will overcharge me.
Work was done fast and right. And was I great price!
Very professional and did repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. Very happy to do business with them.
I was in an accident and had my highlander towed to Toyota and was given an unrealistic quote! I then sent it to Albert auto that I have used for many years in the past and they were under by half from Toyotas quote. They worked with insurance, talked to me every day with updated and got my car back within a week…
Great service, and upfront on all expenses. Trustworthy mechanics and great front desk people. Have been a customer for years and will continue for years to come.
My 2016 Silverado 4WD for the last year had a mild hum in the front that slowly increased to very loud hum with vibration that peaked around 45 mph. A couple months ago the new car dealer I bought it from diagnosed it and did an alignment and said my tires were cupped and that I needed new tires. The Goodyear…
They replaced several of my front suspension parts and did an alignment for $1100 cheaper than another shop quoted me for the same work. These guys took care of me and are Great to work with! Super Nice people. Highly Recommend!
Quick turn around and easy to work with. They fixed exactly what was needed and price was better than expected.
Chad and his employees are always great to work with. They work on my employer's vehicles and have worked on my family's personal vehicles for a long time. I've never had to go back because something wasn't fixed right. I'd recommend him quickly to anyone.
Well priced quality work gave me options on what all needed done and let me choose what I could handle on my own and what I needed to leave to the professionals
These guys always have delivered quality, professional service quickly.
Very good professional friendly service.
Great job diagnosing the issue, professional and quick.
Very pleased
I had received an astronomical quote at a dealership for an axle replacement on my 2011 Pilot, and I called Albert Auto for a second opinion. They gave a realistic and reasonable estimate and sound advice. Much appreciated! Great group of people to work with, honest and ethical.
nice group of guys they have a little fun and are very serious about what they do, Chad Albert (the owner) while taking on the monumental task of keeping his" well oiled machine" running smoothly is committed to his clients satisfaction and stands behind his work and his word, THANK YOU ALBERT AUTO for keeping my 2000 Toyota running like new!!!!
Good quality work and quick too. They run everything they are doing by you first, and they don’t replace stuff that doesn’t need to be replaced yet. They are honest with problems they see and if it needs to be fixed now or if it can wait.
Very professional and friendly.Would go back no problem.
Chad Albert is a mechanical genius !
Had my car towed there when they were closed and worried about leaving it there without their okay. They didnt mind at all. Fixed my car in 2 days. I thought it would take a week. Thought the repairs were going to cost inthe 2000 $ range but it cost a fourth of that. Really nice staff!!!! They have a customer for life now!!! Thank u alberts!!!
We've been taking our vehicles to Albert's South for over 10 years. They are honest, trustworthy, and dependable. It's such a relief knowing we're covered if we have anything from regular maintenance to major repairs.
Excellent service. Very clear communications on diagnostics. They were able to fix issues that we not properly diagnosed from another repair service.
