Alder Pest Control

Very detail oriented service!

Matt did a great job making our home pest free! He had a great attitude and represented his company well!

Today was our initial treatment from Adler Pest Control. In the past we have always completed our own pest control, but we haven’t kept up with it this year. We decided it was time to let the professionals handle it. The treatments were fully explained and targeted our specific problem pests. The price was very… Read full review

Appreciate the good service and the pre phone call on arrival time.. technician serviced inside/outside this time due to earwigs coming inside.. also my gnats in drain issue:) Also upstairs balconies that get overtaken with spiders and webs.

As always listen to my concerns and addressed the issue I was having. Highly recommend

UPDATE: Not staying with this service. Felt it was overpriced for an every other month service. The sales person that twisted my arm and told me I would not have to stay in the year long contract completely lied. I am not sure the signature on the contract was mine. He also was telling my neighbors I had signed up… Read full review

We just had our Bi-Monthly service. Upon our technician's arrival, we had a few general questions. He was through with the information he provided and let us know when he was finished; even provided a few photos of his service. We are very happy with the overall quality of Adler Pest Control.

Good service!

Your service technician Emily did an excellent job, she went above and beyond expectations and an asset to this company. I highly recommend this business and technician Emily.

Andrew arrived right on time as he stated in his text. He asked me if I had any areas of concern. I explained that I'd seen increased ant activity. He said he would take care of it. Did he ever. I was very pleased with his thoroughness.

Great service. Thorough and solid communications afterward.

Excellent and effective service!

Technician was great! He did a super job and was knowledgeable about questions that I had.

Nathan was very professional and thorough in explaining what services he provided today and what to expect on the next visit.

Very friendly and polite representative. Done a great job.

Excellent service today! Very polite and respectful gentleman. Great communication and explanation regarding services rendered and on upcoming services to be provided. I love the fact this comany is family owned and not a big corporation that often forgets customer satisfaction is key and LISTENS. Would recommend Alder Pest Control 10/10.

The tech was friendly and done a very thorough job. Great service Would recommend

Very sweet and thorough technician

Chase was thorough in both answering my questions as well as doing the pest control service. On time and ready to get the job done.

The tech gave me a heads up before coming to my home, and they also gave photos of the service.

Very happy with the service. Great communication and so far, the results are positive!

Thank you so much. You did a wonderful job!

Alder has been great to work with. Set up account with Alder yesterday(Sunday) and had my first service performed today(Monday AM)! Everyone I have dealt with thus far has been very friendly and professional.

Honestly, one could not ask for more diligent, task-driven service personnel. They are dedicated and diligent. I highly recommend this company.

I just started my service with Adder pest control and so far they have made a great impression with the upgrade to service.

Griffin was a pleasure. Followed our specific instructions that kept our pets from harm. He was kind and respectful. Look forward to working with again to keep our home pest free.

Alder pest control showed up today, detailed explanation of services and then went to work on all of the fire ant hills (i have a lot of them) wasps and spiders.

So far the best pest control company I’ve had out of all the local ones I’ve tried. The price is reasonable considering the size of my home.

Technician Emily was on time and very thorough in treating the exterior of the home and the lawn. Well done!

Everything was amazing. More than expected. Looking forward to seeing the results.

My Tech today was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond to help get rid of my fire ant problem. As always Alder pest control is the best.

I slept right through it but it looks everything’s been covered. Thank you.

Jeremiah was very nice! Excited to see the results.

So far we've met two of their great employees. They're super and we think we're going to be well pleased with their service!

We have used Adler now for almost a year. They have a great crew that provides excellent services. They are thorough and always address any concerns I have. Their office staff is also great when it comes to scheduling/ rescheduling a time that works for us. I would recommend Adler over the other pest control services we have used.

Tech let me know when they would be there and arrived on time. Emily went straight to work and infromed me of work done and completed in a timely manner. Simple, easy, great company to deal with.

★☆☆☆☆ — Do NOT sign up unless you're prepared to fight to cancel. I spent six months trying to cancel my account with Alder Pest Control. Six months. Every time a new service date approached, I was told the same thing: "this will be your last service." It never was. They would schedule and complete another service… Read full review

Alan came out today, gave a 30 minute text notice of arrival time and was prompt. This was our initial service with Alders. He asked about specific issues and all were addressed. He was very personable and thorough. It is too early to comment on effectiveness but I was encouraged to call with any issues. Overall a great experience so far.

Camden came out and did unscheduled service call. We had a lot of rain over the past few weeks which resulted in these ground beetles finding their way inside. It was late in the day but Camden got out of his truck ready to go. He reviewed what he planned and asked what I needed. We discussed it and he went right to… Read full review

Very professional and knowledgeable

Professional and friendly Arrived within time provided in text message Emily went above and beyond…. While outside, Emily spoke to my son about music, games and bugs (which is something he does not like). Normally people do not make the effort to pay attention to him but Emily did. KUDOS to Emily!!

Easy, professional, better price than the other guys!

The team provided great service as usual today. Very happy the company.

They do a great job. Always ask about concerns or places that you may have seen something. Just stuff a normal homeowner doesn't get around to until it's a big problem.

Mauricio was great, very professional. He explained everything he was going to do and then went through everything he did before he left.

Emily was very nice and friendly and did one of the most thorough jobs we have had in quite sometime.

The tech, Mauricio, came out today and performed my service. He was very professional and explained things very well. Went way above to make sure he sent pictures of the services provided. Thanks for the service!

Great job!

Very good communication with all employees and that alone was a breath of fresh air! And also did exactly what they said they would do

Technician notified me when they were at my house, as I was not home at the time. Very professional explained what he did and what to look for. Emailed results and included pictures. Technician was very courteous and helpful.

Alan our technician did a great job brushing and spraying around our home inside and out. William and Alan very nice and answered all our questions and needs. Thanks to Alder pest control.

The field service technician was on time and did a thorough job. I appreciated that he documented the treatment with photos and also sprayed the driveway seams for ants, which he noticed as soon as he arrived.
