Customers frequently praise the company for thorough, punctual treatments and clear communication, noting that technicians explain services and provide photos of completed work. However, negative reviews highlight aggressive door-to-door sales tactics, including late-night visits and persistent solicitation that ignores refusal signs. Several low-star reviews also cite difficulties with contract terms, alleging that sales representatives misrepresented agreement details and making cancellation processes challenging.

Matt did a great job making our home pest free! He had a great attitude and represented his company well!
Today was our initial treatment from Adler Pest Control. In the past we have always completed our own pest control, but we haven’t kept up with it this year. We decided it was time to let the professionals handle it. The treatments were fully explained and targeted our specific problem pests. The price was very…
Appreciate the good service and the pre phone call on arrival time.. technician serviced inside/outside this time due to earwigs coming inside.. also my gnats in drain issue:) Also upstairs balconies that get overtaken with spiders and webs.
Total surprise. Found out that was only a follow-up from my first service. Technician seemed friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Ashley was absolutely awesome! She braved the wasp horde and prevailed marvelously. The previous pest control service we used had killed them and not knocked down the nests so they would return in under two weeks. Ashley slaughtered their bunch, evicted the wasps from the eaves, then she eradicated their nests. I…
We just had our Bi-Monthly service. Upon our technician's arrival, we had a few general questions. He was through with the information he provided and let us know when he was finished; even provided a few photos of his service. We are very happy with the overall quality of Adler Pest Control.

came after 8 at night. i understand door to door sales and soliciting but 8 at night? i also noticed that their was no company truck in our subdivision... at... all. i do not know how these salespeople get around but to have no indication that you are in our neighborhood and then beating on doors and ringing doorbells after 8 at night makes me think there may be an emergency. except this was not an emergency. this was 15 minutes of not taking NO for an answer. this felt like actual harassment. to the point i genuinely felt like i had to sign up for your services and put my card on file for you to leave my doorstep. you insisted that i need your services and practically begged until you got exactly what you wanted. there is also a contract signing in the process that they very briefly go over. but this contract states paying 80% of the final cost if you cancel early. if it weren't for the customer service- this would not have been brought to my attention. i have read some of your other reviews, and i will have you know- i have not yet had your services done on my property- i have not had anything yet that i actually need to pay for. so i would like you to REMOVE my card from your file, REMOVE me from your route, and CONTINUE to not do business with me.
