Total surprise. Found out that was only a follow-up from my first service. Technician seemed friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

We just had our Bi-Monthly service. Upon our technician's arrival, we had a few general questions. He was through with the information he provided and let us know when he was finished; even provided a few photos of his service. We are very happy with the overall quality of Adler Pest Control.

Alan came out today, gave a 30 minute text notice of arrival time and was prompt. This was our initial service with Alders. He asked about specific issues and all were addressed. He was very personable and thorough. It is too early to comment on effectiveness but I was encouraged to call with any issues. Overall a great experience so far.

They do a great job. Always ask about concerns or places that you may have seen something. Just stuff a normal homeowner doesn't get around to until it's a big problem.

Great service, showed up when expected, and did what he was supposed to do.
