Our AC unit stopped working and John came to fix it. He was not only skilled at diagnosing and fixing the problem but a pleasure to have do the work. Anytime we have a HVAC issues we are calling Alexander and hope we get John again.

The service technician was extremely nice and proficient. The prices however were ridiculous. Would not recommend based on cost. I found another company to recharge the AC with refrigerant at a much lower cost.
