Had an AC issue today and they were able to get it fixed the same day.
I highly recommend Alexander Heating and Air. I turned to Alexander 16 years ago, they have consistently delivered top-notch service and professionalism, every time. Their team is knowledgeable, efficient, and always a pleasure to work with. What truly sets them apart is not just their technical expertise, but…
Had Alexander out for repair and tune up. John and Shawn were polite, provided good updates and info about their work and completed it on time and at a reasonable rate.
There should be zero rating for this service. Worst service ever seen, their service prices are too high $292 per lb refrigerant for temp fix is insane. Technician didn’t even close the HVAC cover back, left as it is because we don’t want continue to choose their price of quote. Don’t fall on the trap of diagnostics…
Please allow me to tell you how pleased I am with my HVAC Technician, John! He was AMAZING! John diagnosed the problem quickly (which appeared to be poor work from a previous company) and was able to get the HVAC running properly again. In addition, John thoroughly explained to me what he was doing and what the…
John is a very smart tech.
Alexanders is always there and willing to help. We've had 3 units replaced and they're always willing to take the time to find just the right product for our needs.
John came to perform seasonal maintenance. Very friendly!
I called to get an HVAC drain unclogged on a Sunday at 10am. I had a service tech at the house by 11am. He was on time, very professional and fixed the problem quickly. I signed up for the 1 year service plan because I was going to get half the money back on savings for this visit. Weekend service fee wasn’t that…
We use Alexander services for our “twice a year” heating and cooling maintenance. They are very professional from the time you call to schedule the maintenance, to saying ‘thank you and good bye’ to the tech at the end of the service. BUT, for me, the true test of a solid company is what happens when something goes…
I entered into a service contract with Alexander Services because they had done some repair work on my old home and had excellent reviews. My wife and I bought a new construction home in 2018 With a brand new carrier dual HVAC system. During their second or third maintenance visit the tech discovered mold growing on…
Fast and efficient
11/10. Super informative. Fast turnaround. No cut corners. Very happy with everything.
I recently bought a much older home, that came with a ton of HVAC issues on the two separate systems in the house. Over the last year I have used Alexander Heating and Air for numerous (but completely unrelated) heating and AC issues. They are always super responsive, professional, and polite. I am a first time home…
Jeremy was a great technician. He took his time explaining why our upstairs A/C wasn't working which I really appreciated. I felt like he was giving me honest and fair treatment and he wasn't trying to push me into buying anything while laying out my options. He was also courteous, on time, and finished the job…
Very pleased with the responsive and professional service we received.
Overall good, but I asked for a summary of finding multiple times, and never receive it...
