Scheduled and appointment with Sean and he never showed up. We waited almost an hour. He asked me to text him after I left a message then never replied to my text. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was told to contact this company by Polk county. I called but they texted me while I was calling and said they prefer text. That's fine! So I did and I didn't hear back until the next day, so then they asked me to send pictures and the address. That's when I didn't hear anything. It's been about 2 or 3 weeks. You…

Of all the companies we received estimates from (4), All4Him was the best price. But that is not the only reason we hired them. They were quick to respond, schedule, and complete the job. We are very pleased with the results and feel much better about having all the asbestos removed safely from our home. I highly recommend this company.

We had an accidental asbestos disturbance right before our big move to a new house. Sean went above and beyond in getting us scheduled ASAP to meet our move-in timeline and the work was top tier. They provided clear communication and even short video updates. I would highly recommend them for any abatement work you may have.

You know, if you're not going to be able to do the job, can you at least have the common courtesy for the client to say so? All 4 him apparently means they have no time or respect for anyone else. 😐

Review from Google · view on GoogleWhile buying our new home, the inspection flagged possible asbestos in some ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and pipe insulation. Sean was incredibly responsive from the moment I first reached out. I already had measurements ready, and he was able to put together a full estimate from that information alone, which really sped up the quoting process. He had us scheduled within a week, and his crew was on site first thing in the morning with the permit already pulled and ready to go. Jonathan did the removal and he is one of the hardest workers I've seen. He was incredibly friendly, super fast at getting the protective sheeting up, and skilled at working around some hard-to-access spots. The team was in and out in a day and a half, and I was genuinely impressed not just by the speed, but by how clean they kept everything and how strictly they followed safety protocols throughout the asbestos removal. Highly recommend.

Please by all means chose All 4 Him to be taken care of. It can be hard to find a good Contractor. Sean is exactly what all of us homeowners look for. You will not be let down!

Review from Google · view on GoogleHighly recommend! Our wall tile and bathtub tested high for lead, so with two young children we needed a professional lead abatement company to handle the demolition. Sean was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain every step of the process, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. The containment and cleanup were excellent, and everything was spotless when the job was finished. Best of all, the project passed the post-demo lead dust clearance testing. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend them to anyone needing abatement work!
