I went to change vinyl flooring and surprise! Asbestos underlayment. Christopher came out and told me my options. I decided on which direction to go. They came out exact time they said they would. They had a very friendly staff got the job done and sealed it so I can work on the new flooring. Quick and easy.

Review from Google · view on GoogleWhen a contractor began replacing the kitchen flooring on the second level of my 1900 home, they assured me there was no asbestos in the older layers of flooring because the tiles were 12" x 12". Given the age of the house, my gut told me to have the materials tested before moving forward. I contacted S.A.F.E., and they were at my property within an hour. They immediately recognized the situation as an emergency, conducted testing, thoroughly documented everything, and took the time to explain the situation and inform me of my rights under the law. Thankfully, we were able to halt the flooring project before the contractors returned to install the new vinyl plank flooring. Had I not questioned their assessment and contacted S.A.F.E., the disturbed asbestos-containing materials could have been sealed beneath the new flooring without the issue ever being properly addressed. I have been extremely impressed with S.A.F.E.'s quick response, professionalism, thorough documentation, and willingness to take the time to explain the process and guide me through the next steps. We are still in the early stages and have not yet begun asbestos abatement, but based on my experience so far, I couldn't be more pleased with the service S.A.F.E. has provided. Having knowledgeable professionals who take your concerns seriously makes a tremendous difference in a stressful situation. I highly recommend them!
