They were very nice and called ahead to tell me when they’d be here. My package was from Amazon but they delivered because of the the size for free
Great communication! Very punctual. I recommend. Thank you
Everything shower up on time with no damage. The movers were friendly and took great care of my packages.
They delivered our new mattress and were friendly and fast! A++
This is the second time they have delivered to my home and both times have been great experiences. The gentlemen were efficient and professional, and they arrived exactly when they told me they would no 2 hour window to wait. I definitely recommend them and would use their services in the future.
The delivery was on time and handled with care. Thank you!
Prompt, Polite and Excellent Communication !!!
Very professional and prompt. Did an awesome job. Communicated well on time and showed up on time. Top notch service.
Arrived on time and they set up very quickly. Made sure it was exactly where I wanted. Would recommend to anyone!
When they finally picked my mattress up, they did wonderfully. I only gave four stars because they still don’t have my name listed correctly. Also, they didn’t show up on the day they were scheduled and they didn’t call to tell me they weren’t coming. Evidently the truck broke down and no one thought I should be informed.
I only have great things to say about All American! From day one, they were responsive, kind, and respectful. Not only did they handle all of our belongings with care, they even took on extra furniture at the last second. They were quick and efficient, too! Amazing prices, amazing service. Seriously the best. I’ve…
Moved a king-sized mattress. They communicated well, arrived on time, were fast, experienced, and detailed. I would use again.
I needed some rather large and very heavy pieces taken to Grandview Mercantile. The guys were prompt and courteous. The gentleman I spoke with to reserve the movers, Michael I think, went above what I had expected to help me out. I greatly appreciated his help and that is why I chose this company over others. I was…
They came early and called ahead. Removed our old mattress and delivered and set up our new Saatva air mattress. Very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.
Friendly and fast
Great company. Reliable and quick. Tim, Troy and Levi were awesome. They were careful with my items and even though I still had other things to pack, they were understanding and worked around it to get the total move done in less than 4 hours!!!! I can’t thank you all enough.
Bought a sofa from Poly and Bark who used All American to deliver my couch and I couldn’t be happier. Received a phone call while I was at work that they were getting close, went home and unlocked the door and the two guys were extremely efficient getting it in the house through a very tight entryway. Had a nice…
This was a delivery of a Costco couch and loveseat. They were on time with plenty of updates and reminders. Assembled the furniture beautifully. Cleaned up and left things in perfect order. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
On time, professional, kind
The guys were extremely kind, courteous, and professional!
All-American Moving and Storage delivered a mattress and removed my old box springs (this was part of the service provided by the company I bought the mattress from). They were extremely nice, very cautious about not doing damage to the wall or porch light, efficient, and quick! They were in and out and the job was…
The two movers were on time, masked up, friendly and professional, and in and out in minutes. They were very careful not to bump into any walls or other furniture while moving the two large, awkward, heavy items. They did a great job!
Mattress delivery. On-time, called ahead. Nice and courteous and quick.
They were very cooperative in arranging their schedule to meet my short timeline. They arrived promptly and took good care of my oversized item in the move.
Very professional and friendly team.
My experience was everything you could ask for. The scheduler was friendly and communicative. I understood every step of the process and the deliver time was precise. The two men that brought my new mattress were friendly and wore masks. Great all around.
Notified me & came when they said.
Joe and JD did a fantastic job with our mattress delivery. Our home is not only difficult to find, but also very challenging to navigate with an oversized item. They arrived early and had the job done quickly. Perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. They not only paid close attention to the item they…
