Very happy with their service. We needed a window door repair. Service was fast and efficient. Eddie was very nice and helpful.
Eddie and his team always deliver. I won’t bring any of our vehicles anywhere else.
Excellent service, helpful people, and fair priced. Eddie helped diagnose and repair electrical issues with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler and quickly identified a fix and which parts needed to be replaced. Ended up coming back for future service for another issue with my oil cooler and got the same excellent service. Great people, can't recommend enough
Fixed my 2010 toyota tundra. Other shops couldn't figure out what was wrong and this shop figured it out without the engine light coming back on.
Let me tell you, Eddie and his crew are fantastic! I had issues with another shop wiring up my truck wrong and melting the wiring harness and blowing fuses. They installed TEQ customs headlights to my 2001 Tacoma and also LED tail lights along with fixing the wiring issues the other shop had done. Eddie was super…
Another great experience with All Points. Thanks Eddie and crew.
A squirrel ate the wire harness under the hood of my car.All Points Auto performed a very professional repair and got me going.
Eddie and the team quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my car. Very quick turnaround and no problems since!
They were so sweet and helpful. Eddie especially, he went out of his way to break things down to me step by step and did everything he could to fix my issue. Thank you Eddie and team! Keep doing what you're doing!
I take all of our family’s cars new and old to All Points. They do great work and can do almost anything. The work is top notch and fairly priced.
dropped my truck off after 9am and Eddie still got it back to me same day. Absolutely recommend
Best auto shop in Austin , TX , hands down . Lead mechanic Eddie , is not only extremely knowledgable . But very personable as well . I feel like he truly has your best interest in mind . Always gives you a fare price . Love this place !
Eddie took care of the problem the same day; he located an electric issue going to the fuse box immediately before replacing unnecessary parts associated with AC. He even checked up with me afterwards to make sure everything was working well. Fair and honest. Highly recommend!
I came to the place because of the reviews and I really wasn't wrong, the service was excellent and fast, thank you very much.
Eddie is a nice guy, I trust him to find the problem and fix it. He is honest and straight forward. Always comforting to know my cars are in good hands. Atomized list of parts and labor. Always calls with diagnostic results before any work is performed with a price. Very reasonable.
All Points has been Great to work with. I've used there services for multiple issues with my Toyota Camry. Eddie has always been very upfront, responsive, and extremely thorough. His group has earned my trust and respect which is not an easy task in today's world of automotive. If you're in need of an auto mechanic…
This is one of the best mechanic shops I’ve been to in years. Eddie is great at communicating and has done great work on my classic truck. Super fair prices and great customer service as well.
Eddie fixed what the previous 5 shops tried and failed at. This includes 2 Ford dealers. Alternator showed check charging system never the weather was hot. It seemed to be a quite complicated diagnosis. Eddie heard my description of the symptoms, and said this is what it is, and we can fix it. And they did. If I…
Eddie was awesome! I had my car at a previous shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car. I took it to Eddie and he found the problem and fixed it in a day! I will definitely be taking my car back to him if I ever need any help in the future.
I randomly found All Points Auto Electric online and thank god I did. Eddie and his guys are extremely professional and courteous. I had some electrical problems on my truck that was holding it back from passing inspection. Eddie was very transparent an fair priced. Will 100% take my cars back in to his shop if any problems !
All Points Auto Electric was recommended to me by Matrix Automotriz due to electrical problems. Eddie and his team makes really good trouble solving recommendations. I feel very secure with all the work they have done, especially since my van is a 2006. I have told family and friends that they are well worth driving to from the suburban towns.
The thing that sets this business apart is the fact that Eddie makes sure to communicate with you and will always reach out to make sure his service meets high standards. Quality mechanics at fair prices!
The dealership no longer made wire harness for my 2001 Dodge Durango and suggested that I purchase a new car. Another car repairmen and friend recommended this company. Eddie the Owner was professional and honest about my situation and repaired my car within two days and recommended solutions to help me avoid any…
I took my 2015 F250 to Eddie and he was able to quickly diagnose my electrical issue. Within a few hours, the problem was resolved. My regular mechanic misdiagnosed the issue and wanted to charge an outrageous fee. Eddie is the go-to guy for auto electrical issues. Highly recommended!!
I called these guys Friday afternoon like 3 o’clock I was going to drop my truck off you should bring it back on Monday we’re about to shut down so no problem they got me in on Monday went through my tire wiring harness I’ve had it back to me Wednesday morning they were personable knowledgeable aunt reasonable cost…
Great service. Eddie and staff are quite knowledgeable and offer fair prices. After trying several mechanics in Austin, I am now a dedicated customer of All Points.
After unsuccessful visits to other auto shops to repair electrical issues, All Points was able to accurately diagnose problems and complete repairs. All Points does not try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I now go to All Points for all of my repairs.
Eddie did a pro job (same day!) wiring through the bulkhead of my car. Works great & thanks again!
Took my truck to all points a few months back for an airbag system issue. Eddie was straight forward and honest about what was needed and took care of the issue in a timely manner. They also followed up to check and make sure all was well. Over all great experience
Eddie is a class act. He'll treat you right and knows his stuff. What more could you ask for.
All points was great. I have a rare 1995 alfa romeo 164 LS and Eddie had no problem diagnosing the electrical issue I was having and repairing it quickly and at a fair price . Will definitely take my car back!
My turn signal was not working. It would work for a few minutes then start to fade out. I had a part replaced but it did not help. I took it to All Points and they found what it was right away. I also have a breathalyzer device in my vehicle which makes getting service more difficult. But All Points accommodated me and I had my truck back in a few days.
Eddie was absolute the best mechanic I've ever encountered he gave me a quote when he found the problem and he stood by it, he also fixed the problem in a great fashion fast manner and he also did a follow-up after a couple days of the work which is awesome no mechanic ever did that ,that I used. I highly recommend…
I've been taking my cars into Eddie since I moved back to Austin in 2014, and I honestly tell anyone who asks that he's the best mechanic in the city (actually, in any city I've ever lived in). I'm not a "car guy," and when some mechanic tells me that I need a new "sprocket recast on the doppelsprank and that'll be…
I was fortunate to have found All Points Auto, I had already gone to 4 different mechanics, and even the authorized dealer. None took the time to really look for a solution with my ABS issues/wiring harness. Eddie found the problem and saved my car !!! Highly recommend All Points Auto.
Bought a used car and a strange thing happened. At odd times the AC would quit working and the airbag light would come on. Then after some time the AC would work and the airbag light would turn off. Eddie diagnosed it as a faulty relay. He thought it might also require a new wiring harness. Was able to locate a…
Eddie is warm, nice and genuinely invested in doing right by the people who come to his shop. He is professional and honest. He has walked me through some difficult decisions with my vehicle and he was by my side every step of the way. He advocates on behalf of his customers and provides quality service. I highly…
Where to begin! Eddie is a great guy and always happy to give his honest opinion. He is quick, efficient and does a fantastic job. I have two cars I take to him and couldn’t be happier with the attention and service they receive. Highly recommend taking your car into All Points!
