I have been using all points for a couple of years. The staff is awesome, they do a great job communicating. I took my truck in for an issue, actually saved me some $$.
Great service! No one else was able to fix the problems I was having with my Audi A7. I couldn't be happier.
Excellent service, helpful people, and fair priced. Eddie helped diagnose and repair electrical issues with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler and quickly identified a fix and which parts needed to be replaced. Ended up coming back for future service for another issue with my oil cooler and got the same excellent service. Great people, can't recommend enough
Eddie and team perform great work! I went in for a myriad of complex issues and they fixed all of them. Would recommend!
Eddie and his team of skilled mechanics have always provided fast, accurate and reliable service to my Toyota FJ62! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Been using All Points for years! Eddie and team are awesome and will get you back on the road quickly for great rates!
Best auto shop in Austin , TX , hands down . Lead mechanic Eddie , is not only extremely knowledgable . But very personable as well . I feel like he truly has your best interest in mind . Always gives you a fare price . Love this place !
If your new to austin and need ur car checked out or an inspection, go to all point and see Eddie!! He and his team are the best!!
Of course when you need car work done it happens at the least opportune times. These guys were able to get me in on short notice, get the parts needed at a fair price, and get me back on the road in less than a day. Eddie and the boys do great work.
Eddie was very helpful and truly asked the right qualifying questions to address the correct problem. He added new ignitors to my cylinders and my engine is now firing great because of his work!
Eddie is a nice guy, I trust him to find the problem and fix it. He is honest and straight forward. Always comforting to know my cars are in good hands. Atomized list of parts and labor. Always calls with diagnostic results before any work is performed with a price. Very reasonable.
Eddie was awesome! I had my car at a previous shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car. I took it to Eddie and he found the problem and fixed it in a day! I will definitely be taking my car back to him if I ever need any help in the future.
Few days ago my car wouldn't start even after jump starting. Took my car here as soon as I got it to start and Eddie was quick to find the problem with my car’s alternator. He was honest and constantly kept updating me about my car’s condition through text, in which I really appreciated! He was very knowledgeable…
Great service. Eddie and staff are quite knowledgeable and offer fair prices. After trying several mechanics in Austin, I am now a dedicated customer of All Points.
After unsuccessful visits to other auto shops to repair electrical issues, All Points was able to accurately diagnose problems and complete repairs. All Points does not try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I now go to All Points for all of my repairs.
Good service! They know BMWs well, that's a huge plus. Willing to work on finding the best value in terms of price and quality of parts. Always have my car ready on time. Highly recommend!
I've been taking my cars into Eddie since I moved back to Austin in 2014, and I honestly tell anyone who asks that he's the best mechanic in the city (actually, in any city I've ever lived in). I'm not a "car guy," and when some mechanic tells me that I need a new "sprocket recast on the doppelsprank and that'll be…
Eddie is warm, nice and genuinely invested in doing right by the people who come to his shop. He is professional and honest. He has walked me through some difficult decisions with my vehicle and he was by my side every step of the way. He advocates on behalf of his customers and provides quality service. I highly…
