Zach, was prompt and great at communicating timeframe updates. Zach is very professional and explained what the problem was with my dryer and gave advice on how to prevent the issue again.
Brian was SO helpful when fixing our dryer!! He gave us so many tips and tricks on how to prolong the usage of our washer and dryer and was very kind and considerate during the entire process. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair needs!

We were very happy with the work done by Bryan on our GE dryer. We were told by another repairman that he couldn’t fix the issue but Bryan diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. I would recommend!

Next, he fixed an ice maker line on a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator. It seems a cricket had somehow gotten into the waterline, which in turn caused the leaking…

Jonnie G came out on time and quickly serviced my dryer, even returning a second time a few weeks later to fix a similar issue, which was covered within All Pro’s warranty. Appreciated the clear communication and diagnostics/repair he provided!
Ricky in the office was able to get me a quote fast and get someone out the same day to get me out of a pinch. Jonnie, the repair man, was very professional and communicated every step of the way. I will use the team again should I ever need them.

Zach was great. He was on time and spent time to explain what was wrong and gave us options. He saved us money by putting in a new motor instead of us having to buy a new dryer. He was flexible and worked with us on when he could install the motor. This is the first time we have used All Pro and would highly recommend them.
