Jonnie G came out on time and quickly serviced my dryer, even returning a second time a few weeks later to fix a similar issue, which was covered within All Pro’s warranty. Appreciated the clear communication and diagnostics/repair he provided!

Ricky in the office was able to get me a quote fast and get someone out the same day to get me out of a pinch. Jonnie, the repair man, was very professional and communicated every step of the way. I will use the team again should I ever need them.

Zach was great. He was on time and spent time to explain what was wrong and gave us options. He saved us money by putting in a new motor instead of us having to buy a new dryer. He was flexible and worked with us on when he could install the motor. This is the first time we have used All Pro and would highly recommend them.

They have repaired our washer, dryer, and refrigerator over the years, with helpful advice on prevention, brands, and when to repair vs replace.

Dryer was not working.

Service man was on time, quickly found the problem, even though I declined the repair, because of the age of the cloths dryer, they were very understanding and welcomed to call again if there were any future problems.

Now that’s the way a service call should go…excellent! Jonnie was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Dryer quit heating and via discussion of various other issues I chose to replace instead. All Pro will be our go-to going forward. Thanks, Jonnie.

Jeff, the technician, diagnosed the problem with my dryer over the phone, ordered the part, replaced the part, and all is now in working order!

Showed up when they said they would and my dryer was fixed in about 30 minutes!

Zach came out and had to reschedule due to a part that needed to be order. He was very polite and professional and got the job done on time. I will use this facility anytime I need assistance because they get the job done and do such quality work.
