Brian went above and beyond to help my senior, hard hearing and understanding friend make the best decision for him. I witnessed the entire situation with Brian being very thorough and respectful and courteous to the needs of my elder.

Wow, what EXCELLENT service!! Brian, the technician, was so friendly as he made a quick diagnosis of our crazy ice machine. He was back in a few days with a new ice maker, installed it AND cleaned all the ice “sculptures” from my freezer! Having a refrigerator fail is not something you can just "live with," I called All Pro at 3 pm, and they were able to send a repairman to me in less than 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and ordered the part needed. The part arrived in 2 days, and he installed it. The refrigerator is working fine now. I am very satisfied.

Johnnie at All Pro, WHAT A GREAT JOB YOU DO! I had a 5E error code on my Speed Queen Dryer, which was overheating. He found the dryer vent needed cleaning. Next, he fixed an ice maker line on a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator. It seems a cricket had somehow gotten into the waterline, which in turn caused the leaking…
We had a challenging problem and they stayed with it. Chased and chased and utlimately determined the Compressor to going bad. Recommended to replace the entire unit and only charge one service fee for everything. Stood behind their service amazingly. Highly recommend.
