Brian went above and beyond to help my senior, hard hearing and understanding friend make the best decision for him. I witnessed the entire situation with Brian being very thorough and respectful and courteous to the needs of my elder.

I have used this company several times and they have always been great. They are timely, honest and informative.

Wow, what EXCELLENT service!! Brian, the technician, was so friendly as he made a quick diagnosis of our crazy ice machine. He was back in a few days with a new ice maker, installed it AND cleaned all the ice “sculptures” from my freezer! Having a refrigerator fail is not something you can just "live with," I called All Pro at 3 pm, and they were able to send a repairman to me in less than 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and ordered the part needed. The part arrived in 2 days, and he installed it. The refrigerator is working fine now. I am very satisfied.

We had a challenging problem and they stayed with it. Chased and chased and utlimately determined the Compressor to going bad. Recommended to replace the entire unit and only charge one service fee for everything. Stood behind their service amazingly. Highly recommend.

Had them come out to work on a standalone ice maker. Called them on a Saturday afternoon and Jeff the technician was at my door first thing Monday. Jeff was super professional and always on time, made quick work of getting me back up and running again.

Very prompt and professional. It would’ve taken less than a week to replace a motor in my fridge, but I had to make it Tuesday to Tuesday. Still, it was only a week. Brian was very nice and worked quickly. I will definitely save their name for future use.
