Next, he fixed an ice maker line on a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator. It seems a cricket had somehow gotten into the waterline, which in turn caused the leaking…
Technician was prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable. Was able to quickly diagnose the issues with our washer and dryer and explained our options for repair vs. purchase new set.

My mother was about to purchase a new washer thinking it was broken. Gentleman came and looked over the machine and determined it was the way she was starting the machine. He did not charge for the visit and resolved the issue. Integrity, honesty…..will definitely call with any issues in the future. Highly recommend!

I called to have my daughter's washer repaired. The guy was able to fix it, but I feel he over charged her. She didn't know any better, but the cost was almost as much as a brand new one. :(
This company used to provide good service, but the past two times I have completed a request for service on-line I have not gotten a return call. Not sure what is going on.
