The text was sent at 8:37am stating the driver arriving shortly, then at 9:06 am he is done saying a new washer is needed over the knob not working. That was $119 call for that response I will get a second opinion once I can just give away money, if they say the same I will revise the one star but as of now I feel bamboozled.
