Fantastic customer service. From the phone call to schedule to the technician being prompt and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.
Bryan came out again to help with my 2nd hand refrigerator. If it wasn’t for the efficiency of this appliance pro, I might have opted to buy new instead of repairing the one I have. Bryan had to check several areas before he found a simple fix in the back of the freezer. Now I’m able to get ice and water through…
Bryan was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Got my fridge fixed right up!
Couldn’t be happier. My fridge stopped working, the company responded right away and had someone out the next day. Bryan B was knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to get the part the same day and come back to fix it. All for a reasonable price. I’m so pleased because I really did not want to buy a new fridge!
Bryan is friendly and professional. He was quick to diagnose the problem and order the part needed. His repair was also quick.
Bryan did a great job.

Very good communication before, during, and after the repair visit. Showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a resolution. I would recommend them for your appliance repair needs.

On time, easy to talk to. Very fast repairing my ice maker. I will ask for Bryan if there is ever another problem.
Great customer service, friendly and straightforward
My ice maker stopped working. Called All Pro and they sent Jonnie out within a couple of days (based on my availability). He assessed the issue, ordered the needed part and came back and replaced. All within a week. So easy and Jonnie was great. Quick response and repair complete. Highly recommend!
Bryan crushed the game! Was in and diagnosed our problem next day. Had to overnight a rather complex part and had us up and running the next business day! Will use again for sure.
Great service, good communication. Brian B. Was a fantastic tech.
Bryan was very efficient. Explained my problem , fixed it in a timely manner. Very pleasant . Will definitely use him for future repairs.
Brian was excellent, seamless repair and communication was easy.
Jonnie is an amazing technician. I unfortunately bought a bad fridge but he has come out quickly and repaired for me 3 times now (it’s under warranty). He was very nice, prompt, and courteous. This company has been very nice and helpful. Everything so far has been covered by warranty so have not had to pay anything.
I did some research before the repair arrived which let me know how much was too much to pay for a repair versus just buying a new appliance. The repairman verified that it would not be worth it to repair it. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to bleed me on a repair. I was charged a reasonable trip charge only
All pro came to work on my refrigerator and they were so informative. It was not all about them getting paid but about helping me. Bryan B was awesome. The young lady that answers the phone to make the appt was to helpful and willing. Where other companies I called were not helpful. Thank you
First, props to All Pro for answering the phone on a holiday! Jeff came out, diagnosed, and fixed the issue all within a matter of minutes.... literally, the whole time in my house was less than an hour! Thanks All Pro!
Repairman was patient and explained everything before starting the repair and step by step as he was performing the repair. Highly recomment.
Bryan was prompt and thorough with the job and everything is working like new. He is friendly and communicates well while describing the work he's doing.
Jeff did a great job. Very knowledgeable and a very good guy. I think the price was to much but everything costs too much these days.
