Omar is the man! Came back from vacation to a basement full of water, he snaked the main sewer and removed a huge ball of roots. Had omar come out. Told me the toilet wasnt filling all the way. They had to “adjust it” and the snaked the toilet said it was good come into work the next day and there is raw sewage all over the floor. I felt like the blond in the repair shop. Not happy we have a new plumper coming out today to see what they did wrong

I had a problem passing an inspection, I was not only given a reasonable quote in a timely manner, they had came up with an easier, quicker, more cost effective method, and fixed my plumbing problem. They could've easily charged me more by not offering another solution, but they gave me an honest fix! I would highly recommend!
