The service expert was knowledgeable and courteous.
I am very pleased with the service from All Safe. The technician was personable, full of knowledge and explanations about the treatment for my particular pests. Having never had an exterminator, I’m really happy I found AllSafe.

October 16, 2026 Darrien has always been friendly, professional, helpful and attentive to our needs in ridding me of the pest problems we've had. I appreciate his insite, help and ease to talk to. I don't ever feel rushed or that he's in a hurry. Thanks Darrien and AllSafe Pest and Termite…
Customer service is great! I really wish that they (the company) would have mentioned that flea control was part of my plan so that I would’ve been getting it all along. Other than that, I appreciate the quick follow up to this review. (Which warrants the 5 star rating)
The tech was a nice young man. He seemed very knowledgeable, but he didn’t solve the problem. Whether it’s fleas or some other insect, I’m being bitten sitting at my desk trying to work and at nighttime, trying to sleep. I’m disappointed. I paid in good faith expecting the problem would go away. It didn’t.
Jose Jimenez with All Safe is the best. He is always so kind and does an amazingly thorough job! Pests are basically non existent at this point and I know its because of Jose's attention to detail. Thank you so much!!!
They did an awesome job and I really enjoyed my interactions with them!

Had our initial service on 4/8 and was pleased with the thorough job that Alan did. He spent near 2 hours treating inside and outside of our home. The treatments seem to be working but it has only been 3 days. Alan is very knowledgeable and quite thorough using several baits, sprays, and other treatments.…

Technician called before arriving to let us know he was on his way and arrived at scheduled time. He explained what services he would apply and answered our questions. I’ve had an ongoing pest problem that they’ve been really great and collaborative about treating. In particular, Mason and Christian are attentive technicians, and Christine (who’s helped me with scheduling) was also fantastic. Everyone involved has really gone above and beyond for a chronic issue that I’ve had.

We have used All Safe Pest Control for over 10 years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. They listen and come when they say they will. I trust them and they always are courteous and respectful. I highly recommend.
The reason for 2 star is i was quoted 149.50 and charged 249.50. This is a simple fix needed to be stated. Completely unexpected when choosing a top company. Also the man they sent out was old could not move agile. He was here for 20 minutes and to me, as I look on cameras did nothing. I specifically asking for ant…
