Servic was as expected however, price increase without prior notification during this time of economic instability gives just cause to consider other options. I believe this to be unfair and unwarranted.
They recently stopped by and did the annual termite inspection, but left no paperwork or provided any update about the findings. They changed the service to only come out one time a year (which is frustrating), but without any update, it's difficult to know how things are going.
