Antonio was awesome!!! He was on time very Polite and knowledgeable of our system. After completing the routine maintenance we requested he did show us some pictures of our plenum that had some sort of growth going on that confirms what we had been thinking. In a professional manner he showed a couple of options…

Larissa came in and solved an issue I had been having for a couple years with high humidity in my home. The previous company, who installed the AC and ducts, kept saying it was normal. She was able to diagnose the problem, provide solutions and remedy the situation. She even followed up to make sure everything was…

All Star came through as a team once again. Katie in the office listened to my questions and concerns worked to get answers and called me back promptly with options. Larrisa came out and installed a soft start kit on my unit and noticed a fuse needed to be changed to meet my units requirements. Don came out the next…
The technician was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything and suggested the repairs/changes for our benefit.
Tim was great and so very competent... air conditioning working smoothly. Thank you so so much. I highly recommend his services!!!!
Kudos to Lazaro for diagnosing the start-up issue with our new 5 ton Amana compressor. He may have discovered these units will require a hard start kit as they use a "coresense" fault detector which cuts off the compressor during low voltage starts. Hopefully, this will fix our problem. Laz is an excellent tech…
I’ve used All Star for several years now and they’re continually reliable, understanding, and honest. All the guys who have come out have been respectful, more than willing to answer all my questions, and given me space to consider their recommendations on work needing done. Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC help!

Got us back up and running 🏃 but definitely over price.
The technician was great (Antonio, I think). He did a great job, explained everything, was very thorough. My only complaint is I thought the service charge would go toward the repair. I think that is typical. I had to pay for the repair plus the service call fee.
Laz identified the problem quickly and got things in motion to get it fixed.
Bobby was efficient and early both days. Due to rain. Explained things easy to understand thanks
Technician was very professional and checked on new system .
They came out and checked my AC for the summer. Everything look good except I do need a new battery because it's a couple years old and it's now going to be life warranted in so I felt it was worth the money instead of having it go out and then having to buy one without having ac.
Very professional and really care about the customer. I originally contacted them about duct cleaning because I was preparing to replace a 20 year old system with another company. Trenton asked in detail about my project, what system the other company was putting in, etc. He spent about 3 hours on the phone with…
Bobby is excellent.

Spring AC checkup. Bobby did an excellent job. Very professional and also friendly. Explained status of the two systems and what to watch for with the older system. Annual a/c maintenance as part of the BOGO maintenance plan. Cameron did an excellent job inspecting and testing the units. Made sure I was informed along the way as he completed his tests. The outside unit was a little off, so he cleaned the unit to restore accurate pressures and made sure everything was performing as expected. Highly recommend!
Lex explained and gave good advice and suggestions during the AC maintenance.
