Kudos to Lazaro for diagnosing the start-up issue with our new 5 ton Amana compressor. He may have discovered these units will require a hard start kit as they use a "coresense" fault detector which cuts off the compressor during low voltage starts. Annual a/c maintenance as part of the BOGO maintenance plan. Cameron did an excellent job inspecting and testing the units. Made sure I was informed along the way as he completed his tests. The outside unit was a little off, so he cleaned the unit to restore accurate pressures and made sure everything was performing as expected. Highly recommend!
