Prompt and expert service technician. Completely satisfied.
All Star has great customer service!
This team is the best in Houston! Called them when our system was not working and they were able to get a tech out to us FAST. They fully assessed the situation, advised us of our options, and gave us all of the information necessary to make a decision. The repair was done SAME DAY, as they already had the parts…
David Martello was great. Very thorough and helpful and figured out a tough electrical problem. For my repair, David did a great job diagnosing why my AC would not power in. He went the extra mile and I too.highly recommend AllStar
awesome company!! always doing the right thing!
Both Joseph and Dave were awesome and went above and beyond
Update: We've been using them for the past couple of years since posting this review, and they still live up to every word of it. One of the best HVAC companies out there. These guys are the best. Honest, try to save you money, don’t do more than is necessary, and they follow through. If they say they’ll look into…
Great experience arrived on time, replaced the coil on the first day of service. I would highly recommend them. The technician Brian was professional and I could tell he knew his business.
Found unit was not getting enough voltage.
Staff was kind courteous efficient and thorough. I’ve used them to make major repairs to my unit, and semi annual maintenance check ups. I will continue to use them and refer them to friends and family
Analyzed, found problem and solved it like the experts that they are. Always professional, polite and business-like with kindness too.
2024 service call: Once again, All Star lives up to its name! ALL STARS, every time! I called the office on a Sunday night when our A/C had stopped working, and in no time, Ed gave me a call back, putting us on the schedule for the very next morning. Jon came out right on schedule, carefully inspected and…
Great experience with All Star. We had a failed evaporator coil on our unit that is only a few years old. They made sure the part needed was covered under warranty and repairs were made as soon as possible. They don’t take payment until a follow up visit to ensure the install meets standard and everything is working…
Very professional from start to finish! Ann is great when scheduling services and all techs that have been out are very professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the issues and are prompt with repairs. Will definitely be referring!

Best AC company out there.
Technician was super. Came and worked until the job was done didn't leave my house till 8:00. Professional made sure that we understood what he did how he did it and what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company.
Blown capacitor last night made the house very hot. Able to get All star A/C and heating to come out less than an hour after I called them. The service tech was great and informative the whole process.

Apparently i did not push post back in June!!! Today’s experience to follow I can not express how grateful i am with All Star from Trent Mr. Ed and i believe Mrs. Ann who answers the phone and get their customers scheduled and help find financing. Quick response and fair pricing 👍🏽
Trenton the AC tech that came out was the BOMB!!! He was very “Process of eliminationish”…lol to pin point the problem so I understood and to show that he was not just trying to take me to the cleaners on what needed to be done. I believed his every word and we got a new AC unit outside and had new duct work put in…
Great company and great technician!! The technician was prompt in getting to our house on a Saturday at 7:00 in the evening and stayed until the job was completed.
My review is long overdue. All Star sent David to evaluate and service my duplex which had higher than expected electricity bills. Long story short, he thoroughly addressed taping multiple ducts and was able to evaluate the next door unit to ensure they were done properly. Really went the extra mile. Thank you David…
Their customer service is good. Bryan came to my house to do the repairs on my AC and he did a really good job.

This company is amazing ! They have always come out the same day every time I need service and repaired my system quickly and efficiently. The technician (David) explained every detail of the necessary repair to put the condenser working back at 100%. I’m so glad I made an appt to have my HVAC system serviced with new filter, etc.

I called last minute after the first company I called no showed. Chris Very professional, knowledgeable and provided fast service. David had my ac back up and running quickly and even took it a step further by sticking around and making sure it cooled off with no further issues. I will be using all star air conditioning for all my future maintenance.

All Star and their team are nothing short of AMAZING. Ms. Ann and David are lifesavers! Their professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge are top notch. My wife and I called All Star after a disappointing experience with another company. Our AC had some serious issues but we couldn’t put our finger on the source of the issue. David came out the same day late in the evening and quickly diagnosed the problem as the blower motor. They obtained the parts, gave us a…
All star has been nothing but fantastic to work with. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
The work was a replacement on the HVAC. Early days but seem to be working. The thermostat for the new unit was not brought and the old thermostat used for now. Update - 5-14-2021: the thermostat was brought out and installed. Chris from All Star Air Conditioning made an inspection of the installation .
Wow! Where do I start. I live with my 79 year old mom. All Star sent Billy Wagner to my home on an emergency call at 230 am. He didn’t leave until he knew exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. He returned at 9am and replaced the motor like Superman and I can’t thank him enough. He was superior and super professional I will never use anyone else.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest folks. Will definitely do business with All Star Air Conditioning & Heating Service again.
Awesome experience, no complaints! Will definitely be using them in the future.
I've had a great experience with Brayan from All Star. In February he helped repair my first floor heating system -- fortunately enough just before the big Texas freeze -- and I had such a good experience with his knowledge and professionalism that I called All Star again when my second floor air conditioning had a…
Brian was professional and explained everything he checked and serviced. I am very satisfied and will call All Star AC again for future needs.
These people...this company is simply the best. Installed and maintained three AC/Heating systems in three properties. Excellance in every aspect. Love them!
Ed and his team was very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve had problems with my HVAC ‘sweating’ excessively and not draining properly on a couple of occasions and had it fixed by a couple of companies. This time we called All Star Air Texas they not only fixed our problem but looked further into our issue and…
