Love All Star; they treat you like family. Thank you, Katie, for being so awesome and helpful. Your technician was very knowledgeable.
Bobby came out to check my AC (issue with it not cooling). He communicated his arrival time and was very thorough in assessing my AC system. He educated me & I appreciate that!
Honest company. The annual preventative maintenance/ checkup is a great deal. This program is money well spent. My tech, Hugo has gone above and beyond each time he has serviced my house. Updated 10.6.26 I had Larissa do some work on my furnace. She completed the work timely, professionally, and cleanly.

He may have discovered these units will require a hard start kit as they use a "coresense" fault detector which cuts off the compressor during low voltage starts. Hopefully, this will fix our problem. Laz is an excellent tech…
I’ve used All Star for several years now and they’re continually reliable, understanding, and honest. All the guys who have come out have been respectful, more than willing to answer all my questions, and given me space to consider their recommendations on work needing done. My AC randomly stopped working in the middle of the night & even though it came back on a bit later, I still wanted to have it checked out anyway.
