Larissa was very friendly and professional. She installed a scrubber and some sort of light, and she replenished our freon supply. She explained everything that she was doing. We really enjoy working with All Star and will request Larissa as out tech in the future..
All Star has great customer service!
Allstate did a great job for me. they pointed out other little things that would help me conserve energy. I have an excellent air conditioning system now.
Despite some bumps along the way, the end result more than meets our expectations. Big thanks to Shaun, Ed and the whole All Star team for the quality work and superior commitment to your customers!
Very professional and really care about the customer. I originally contacted them about duct cleaning because I was preparing to replace a 20 year old system with another company. Trenton asked in detail about my project, what system the other company was putting in, etc. He spent about 3 hours on the phone with…

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We got all new insulation, duct work, and new heater and AC indoor and outdoor units. Ed and his team were very professional, friendly, and prompt. Excellent service Called Monday morning after a hard freezing weekend on our heater furnace. They had David come out and replace the capacitor by 1pm. Will keep using All Star
David Martello was great. Very thorough and helpful and figured out a tough electrical problem. For my repair, David did a great job diagnosing why my AC would not power in. He went the extra mile and I too.highly recommend AllStar
All star has now replaced my heater and AC unit, and both times the technicians were pleasant, knowledgeable, and didn’t feel like they wanted to upsell us. Great service!

Worker did a great job & was prompt —did a great job explaining everything…
Update: We've been using them for the past couple of years since posting this review, and they still live up to every word of it. One of the best HVAC companies out there. These guys are the best. Honest, try to save you money, don’t do more than is necessary, and they follow through. If they say they’ll look into…

Just a huge shout out to Hue. Great sales man and responsive to my questions and concerns. You have a huge asset to your firm. He sticks with you until everything is settled. I will surely leave any positive feed back because of the treatment I received. Bravo Zulu Hue.
Nice people. Easy to work with and fair price. Install crew did a great job.
HVAC new duct system and new insulation. It's a noisy, messy, job, but they cleaned up after themselves and they do good work. They even fixed a loose air vent. Thank you.
Trenton was a pleasure to work with. They installed an entire new system in about a day! Very respectful.
Apparently i did not push post back in June!!! Today’s experience to follow I can not express how grateful i am with All Star from Trent Mr. Ed and i believe Mrs. Ann who answers the phone and get their customers scheduled and help find financing. They helped me the last two years with my AC issues. They took the…
David, Chris and their crew installed a complete New HVAC and Ducts in my 1979 constructed house. The old unit was mfgd. in 1998 and was barely clinging to life. Not only did they install a new RUDD 16 Seer 3 ton AC, they were able to relocate it from the closet, to the attic. This new unit is not only quieter, it…
Trenton the AC tech that came out was the BOMB!!! He was very “Process of eliminationish”…lol to pin point the problem so I understood and to show that he was not just trying to take me to the cleaners on what needed to be done. I believed his every word and we got a new AC unit outside and had new duct work put in…
Ed answered all questions on the initial consult and returned phone calls (which had more questions) very quickly. Made us feel like we were his only client getting a new HVAC system during the 100+ Texas summer days
So friendly! Super fast, fair prices, great work! We suggest them to everyone we know!
Our air conditioner went out in the middle of a hot September day. We called All-star and had temporary air conditioning units delivered that day for a few days until they were able to come give us a new system. It was nice not to have a gap where our house got hot. Within two days we had two new air conditioners…
They replaced both of my house's units and did a fantastic job. The bidding process was fast, transparent, and friendly. They even found and reserved a specialized unit I needed while I was deciding if I wanted to go forward. The install was great, the guys fully removed the old units and installed both new units in…
These people...this company is simply the best. Installed and maintained three AC/Heating systems in three properties. Excellance in every aspect. Love them!
