The All Star folks did an excellent job, as always. Our A/C started acting up and they were over to check it out within a couple of hours. They unclogged a drain line that was causing the problem, then made some modifications that would allow me to routinely clean out the drains by myself and prevent future downtime.

Called in the night my A/C and they had someone out to see me the next day. Kyle, our technician, was fast and efficient. Good explanation on findings and not too pushy with upsales but honest in recommendation of urgent needs which I appreciate working in a similar industry. Would definitely recommend this group based on this visit.
Worked with Kyle from All Star and he quickly found the issue in our system, which ended up being a loose sensor wire instead of an entire furnace replacement (which is what the other company quoted). We are very happy and feel like All Star is a company we can trust.
