As with all All-Star professional technicians, Kollin was honest, professional, and competent. He has completed several plumbing projects and his work is both consistent and high quality work. I highly recommend and will continue to use All-Star again.
Bobby arrived on time and checked the HVAC system and related systems, and communicated to me the status of the systems.
As usual, the communication and service was superb. We appreciate All Star very much.

Efficient, friendly, professional and on-time.
Very poor experience with this company that was charging ridiculous prices. They significantly upcharged everything coming out for an inspection (like charging $595 per capacitor for AC units that were still working, $389 for a pound of refrigerant that wasn’t needed when I thankfully got another opinion, >$2500…
They are always so helpful, on time and professional.
Honest company. The annual preventative maintenance/ checkup is a great deal. This program is money well spent. My tech, Hugo has gone above and beyond each time he has serviced my house. Updated 10.6.26 I had Larissa do some work on my furnace. She completed the work timely, professionally, and cleanly.
Prompt and expert service technician. Completely satisfied.
Antonio was able to explain everything and provide suggestions for a better functioning system. Very professional.

If any one needs a plumber who knows what they are doing and are excellent at it, call this company and request Larissa Tamez. Larissa came in and solved an issue I had been having for a couple years with high humidity in my home. The previous company, who installed the AC and ducts, kept saying it was normal. Absolutely amazing service! Katie was professional, knowledgeable, and dependable from beginning to end. She explained everything clearly and made sure we were completely taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Katie and All Star A/C, Plumbing & Electrical!
The All Star folks did an excellent job, as always. Our A/C started acting up and they were over to check it out within a couple of hours. They unclogged a drain line that was causing the problem, then made some modifications that would allow me to routinely clean out the drains by myself and prevent future downtime.
Allstate did a great job for me. they pointed out other little things that would help me conserve energy. I have an excellent air conditioning system now.
Great service from tech Bobby! This company does a great job!
Always professional and informative during the service calls.

Thank you, Laz! Despite the late hour, you made sure we were back to running.🤝
Ongoing issues. System has been having problems since installation. Within the first 6 months of install we’ve had technicians come back several times to fix various parts of our unit in the attic and they’ve found different issues each time that was causing the system to lag and not keep up when we only set our…

Spring AC checkup. Bobby did an excellent job. Very professional and also friendly. Explained status of the two systems and what to watch for with the older system. I’ve used All Star for the last few years. I’m very satisfied with their service and maintenance agreement. My HVAC repair was completed by Michael today. All Star is the best. Have used their services since 2009. Always responsive, on time and courteous - at a great price. I’ve now changed out systems at two houses. Both times were fair prices. Highly recommend to friends and family.
Called for a quick tune-up. Scheduling was fast and easy and service tech came the next day and let us know about something that needed to be replaced. 5 stars!
The service tech was on time, VERY nice & courteous. He even liked our dogs😂😂. He gave us very honest advice about our water heater, nothing to do now, wait until it is at the end of its life.

Great company and nice personal .come in a timely matter and do great work .Thry check my heaters and AC units yearly
Excellent Technician, Quick and Explained issue and was very polite and professional. An asset to All Star AC.
Called in the night my A/C and they had someone out to see me the next day. Kyle, our technician, was fast and efficient. Good explanation on findings and not too pushy with upsales but honest in recommendation of urgent needs which I appreciate working in a similar industry. Would definitely recommend this group based on this visit.
Worked with Kyle from All Star and he quickly found the issue in our system, which ended up being a loose sensor wire instead of an entire furnace replacement (which is what the other company quoted). We are very happy and feel like All Star is a company we can trust.
tech not only took care of the original issue but went above and beyond the call of duty. we will be using in the future.
Called to see when they could come out and was met with near immediate availability; technician was very responsive morning of our appointment and kept us updated on his arrival time. Really appreciate All Star A/C for their time and highly recommend them for your AC needs.
Was having issues with A/C not cooling, called in the evening and they were there the next day...Still receiving EXCELLENT service from All Star...Tech Benjamin was so professional and informative. Best service! 10 out of 10!
Tanner did a great job in giving us a fair assessment on the status of our water heater. Given its age it was recommended to not to service at this time. Will definitely give them a call when it is time to replace. Same day we had our yearly service Heater check up. David was the Technician that came our to…
Friendly, on time, but they used the pre-paid service visit to up-sale surge protection for over $1,000 more. Always something.
Great service and really helpful explaining. They were able to service and showed me how to prevent future issues.
Tim was very thorough and patient with my questions. Service was prompt as planned.
Ed and Ares were fantastic—exactly what we needed. Coming home to a house that’s 85 degrees is never fun, especially with a wife who’s eight months pregnant. The team at All Star was on time, fair, and had our entire system replaced in under 24 hours—on a weekend! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services.
