Bobby was very nice, friendly and answered all my questions. Jody and his helper did a great job fixing me ac unit
I guess the guys installed the new A/C units appropriately - time will tell, but they made little effort to keep my house clean. They had a couple of tarps that covered a little bit of the carpet, but those became jumbled with all of their movement in and out of the house. I vacuumed after they left, but now there…
Excellent service, the team was very friendly and helpful in explaining our options in getting electrical wiring done. Highly recommended!
Installation of new HVAC ststem
Arrived promptly, respectful and got the job completed to my satisfaction. Great work Adan, Guillermo and Christian.
Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We got all new insulation, duct work, and new heater and AC indoor and outdoor units. Ed and his team were very professional, friendly, and prompt. Had us scheduled and totally taken care of. They have a great QAQC process as well and really make sure you are taken care of.…

All Star has been the single best AC company I have worked with. They gave me a great quote, quick install on my system and have an amazing, professional staff that’s willing to go the extra mile for customers. When I had issues they were quick to respond and make sure they did the job right. I will be a repeat…
David Martello was great. Very thorough and helpful and figured out a tough electrical problem. For my repair, David did a great job diagnosing why my AC would not power in. He went the extra mile and I too.highly recommend AllStar
5 stars for Jason and Darwin. They were excellent installers—prompt, communicative, efficient, friendly, and thorough. They got the job done quickly and left everything clean and looking great. I had quite a few estimates before making a decision. I found that All Star met all of my needs. Ed the owner was very knowledgeable and flexible. The crew that installed the equipment was professional and it was a lot quieter than I thought it would be. We have a new system and we love it! They also cleaned up…
All star has now replaced my heater and AC unit, and both times the technicians were pleasant, knowledgeable, and didn’t feel like they wanted to upsell us. Great service!
Ed and Ares were fantastic—exactly what we needed. Coming home to a house that’s 85 degrees is never fun, especially with a wife who’s eight months pregnant. The team at All Star was on time, fair, and had our entire system replaced in under 24 hours—on a weekend! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services.
Over the years All Star Heating and AC has worked with me on trying to patch and bandaid my unit. It finally died and they came out the same day and let me know there was no more patching. They offered a portable unit to hold me over. They walked me through my options of unit and also the financial process. They…
Worker did a great job & was prompt —did a great job explaining everything…
Ed and his team are top notch. My downstairs system replacement was my first with them and it was a no brainer who to call when my upstairs system needed replaced as well. They are professional, courteous and no high pressure sales tactics. Couldn't be happier with the quality of both the product used as well as…
6/23/2024 update. We had an emergency clog causing the thermostat not to work and All Star scheduled me immediately and Brayan came out and did wonderful work and give helpful tips for the future. All Star has been my go-to HVAC company for over a decade! Thank you, Ed!!! Expert, honest advice and quality work. Such a boon to have an hvac company I can trust and rely on.
Awesome. Very happy with all their work
St Mary’s Church needs to replace one of the buildings HVAC systems. Chris from All Star, was there at the appointment right on time . He was very polite, cheerful and had a positive attitude. We discussed the requirement briefly after I provided him with a specification and we then went on site to view the…
Very fast response, quick to get a quote, and the pricing was competitive. I replaced an AC and furnace, and All Star provided a portable unit during the two day wait from quote to install. A+
Fantastic team to work with every time! I’ve used this company for maintenance and repairs for many years and have never been disappointed. They recently replaced my 30 yr old system after clearly explaining the pros/cons of each option. The entire process from purchase through installation and follow up was easy to…
Knowledgeable sales staff and efficient installers. The work went quickly, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Staff was professional, capable and did a very good job. I really appreciate John who came later to address some additional work that was included as part of the bid. John made an extra effort to ensure that I was fully satisfied. I like the fact that they will do a quality followup inspection to make sure…
It was real pleasure conducting business with Trenton. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions without putting any pressure on me. He was definitely instrumental in my decision making. Thank you.

We used them last year to install a new unit and they were professional, courteous and on time. When the yearly inspection rolled around they reached out and set appointment. The tech that came out both times was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone needing a unit or repairs.
This is an outstanding company. From the two owners (Ed and Chris) to the folks who answer the phones (Anne) they conduct themselves in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner. They installed a new HVAC system in my house. They answered all my questions and guided me through the process every step of the…
Did a fabulous job, again! Replaced another of our A/C and furnace systems about 5-6 years ago and haven’t had a single problem with that system. I would highly recommend their services!
I initially called this business to have our heater repaired. They were very quick to come out and give us an estimate, which we thought was fair. However, because our unit was 20 years old, we asked them to replace the whole thing which they did very quickly and at a good price. (No one tried to pressure us to…
This company is very professional and quick to respond. Will definitely be using them again.
They replaced both of my house's units and did a fantastic job. The bidding process was fast, transparent, and friendly. They even found and reserved a specialized unit I needed while I was deciding if I wanted to go forward. The install was great, the guys fully removed the old units and installed both new units in…
This is a excellent company. Very responsive and fair. They do great work.
Very quick response over the weekend and the Monday morning installation. The tech on Sunday was great at explaining the problem, the steps he had taken to investigate the problem and what my options were for resolution. I was very pleased with his attention and service. Their follow-up inspection a few days…
Fantastic experience. They gave a fair price for two new a/c and heat systems. They arrived on time for their appointment, the office called several times before and after and communicated well about what to expect. They cleaned up after themselves. I have already sent 3 more customers their way because our experience was so positive.
These people...this company is simply the best. Installed and maintained three AC/Heating systems in three properties. Excellance in every aspect. Love them!
