All Star has great customer service!
Bobby was very nice, friendly and answered all my questions. Jody and his helper did a great job fixing me ac unit
Allstate did a great job for me. they pointed out other little things that would help me conserve energy. I have an excellent air conditioning system now.
Very professional and really care about the customer. I originally contacted them about duct cleaning because I was preparing to replace a 20 year old system with another company. Trenton asked in detail about my project, what system the other company was putting in, etc. He spent about 3 hours on the phone with…
Bobby was very friendly and professional, a pleasure to have in my home, taking great care of my system.
Michael their technican/enginner is such a lovely guy and very well versed in everything A/C. Highly recommend 👌
Last week we were on vacation away from our home. We got an early morning text from our house/dog sitter saying our air conditioning was not working. My daughter recommended All Star AC because we were quoted a very high price to replace the AC from another company that same morning. She was not only quoted a much…
very professional. and All Star will work on a mini split. Signed up for yrly maintenance. 2 visits per yr
All Star has been the single best AC company I have worked with. They gave me a great quote, quick install on my system and have an amazing, professional staff that’s willing to go the extra mile for customers. When I had issues they were quick to respond and make sure they did the job right. I will be a repeat…
I had quite a few estimates before making a decision. I found that All Star met all of my needs. Ed the owner was very knowledgeable and flexible. The crew that installed the equipment was professional and it was a lot quieter than I thought it would be. We have a new system and we love it! They also cleaned up…
Over the years All Star Heating and AC has worked with me on trying to patch and bandaid my unit. It finally died and they came out the same day and let me know there was no more patching. They offered a portable unit to hold me over. They walked me through my options of unit and also the financial process. They…
Worker did a great job & was prompt —did a great job explaining everything…
All Star A/C came to rescue when my ac went out
Ed and his team are top notch. My downstairs system replacement was my first with them and it was a no brainer who to call when my upstairs system needed replaced as well. They are professional, courteous and no high pressure sales tactics. Couldn't be happier with the quality of both the product used as well as…
My evaporator coil was found leaking. Was able to schedule repair quickly. Employees were very professional and clean.
This is the best AC company. The techs are very professional and they do a great job. They always are either right on time or quite often able to come earlier than scheduled and will contact you to see if thats OK. I highly recommend All Star!
I have used a number of Houston air conditioning and heating and repair services over the years and been dissatified. Either their prices were ridiculously high or they manufactured problems and charged me to fix them. One repair service service polked holes in my heater when all he had to do was relight the…
6/23/2024 update. We had an emergency clog causing the thermostat not to work and All Star scheduled me immediately and Brayan came out and did wonderful work and give helpful tips for the future. The service is amazing here! I recently had All Star install a brand new unit into my house. To begin it started by the…
2024 service call: Once again, All Star lives up to its name! ALL STARS, every time! I called the office on a Sunday night when our A/C had stopped working, and in no time, Ed gave me a call back, putting us on the schedule for the very next morning. Jon came out right on schedule, carefully inspected and…

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with their service !!
I am a new home homer, and when my A/C unit stopped cooling in the middle of 100+ temperatures, All Star was able to accommodate me even as a new customer. They explained all my options, mentioned they had financing available (although I didn't use it) and were very transparent throughout the whole process. After…
They do have assistance 24hrs as they advertise. They were quick on coming and fixed my AC. They provided portable AC units until my AC was completely fixed. I give them a A+!
Great company, employees are all very respectful, seem to care about you and everything was done in 2 days. I was also loaned temporary units to use while I wait for the install. It was very easy and stress free. They were recommended to me by my sister who used them 2 years ago and I in turn am recommending them to…
All Star has been my go-to HVAC company for over a decade! Thank you, Ed!!! Expert, honest advice and quality work. Such a boon to have an hvac company I can trust and rely on.

Quick, expert service with friendly technicians. David is excellent!
St Mary’s Church needs to replace one of the buildings HVAC systems. Chris from All Star, was there at the appointment right on time . He was very polite, cheerful and had a positive attitude. We discussed the requirement briefly after I provided him with a specification and we then went on site to view the…
Great customer service!
Awesome service. John was very respectful and kept good communication throughout the installation. Update: Still an awesome company. David was professional throughout the visit and is a very skilled technician. Quality members on the team.
Very fast response, quick to get a quote, and the pricing was competitive. I replaced an AC and furnace, and All Star provided a portable unit during the two day wait from quote to install. A+
Fantastic team to work with every time! I’ve used this company for maintenance and repairs for many years and have never been disappointed. They recently replaced my 30 yr old system after clearly explaining the pros/cons of each option. The entire process from purchase through installation and follow up was easy to…
Again All Star AC saves the day...always prompt and the technicians are the best...helping my 85 year old mother out and explaining the situation to her in a simple straightforward way so she won't worry...these guys are the best!
Great customer service! They want your business long term and it shows.
Arrived on time and very professional. They handled all my needs. I would use them again.
Knowledgeable sales staff and efficient installers. The work went quickly, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Staff was professional, capable and did a very good job. I really appreciate John who came later to address some additional work that was included as part of the bid. John made an extra effort to ensure that I was fully satisfied. I like the fact that they will do a quality followup inspection to make sure…
Nice people. Easy to work with and fair price. Install crew did a great job.
Needed a new 5-ton unit after our original 15-year old unit died. The owner of the company came out to our home to evaluate our system and listen to my needs. He recommended a high efficiency unit to save on electricity costs and long term reliability. Been in use since August 2022 and working very well! Happy customer.
Trenton was a pleasure to work with. They installed an entire new system in about a day! Very respectful.
Every staff member, from installers to billing personal, were very professional and friendly. Excellent job! Highly recommend
Very Friendly, Honest and Reasonable
Trenton the AC tech that came out was the BOMB!!! He was very “Process of eliminationish”…lol to pin point the problem so I understood and to show that he was not just trying to take me to the cleaners on what needed to be done. I believed his every word and we got a new AC unit outside and had new duct work put in…
Excellent, Friendly, Reasonable and very prompt! This company is amazing, I would recommend that if you need them for anything, definitely call them! From the office to the field staff.. they’re great! I’d give 10 ⭐️
They are an awesome company to work with! Very responsive, thorough, professional, helpful, and nice! Definitely will use them for other AC things we need in the future!
We can't say enough good about this company! Anne, David, Brian were all amazing! Fast, honest and fair pricing! Wonderful family owned company! Keep up the great work All Star Air!!!
Found them on yelp. Very professional and fast. My AC works great and I received a two year service warranty. Would recommend this company.
Always very thorough and polite. We can always count on All star to get to us quickly and to do a great job. We’ve used them for over a decade and appreciate their honesty and fairness. They truly earn their outstanding reputation.
Professional and courteous service, installed next day. Would highly recommend.
These people are whole hearted wonderful people! On top of being true professionals, they also do business with kindness. Mr. Ed, has been so personable and very easy to reach. With Houston weather, having reliable air conditioning, is a safety issue and we are so thankful for their quick response, fair pricing and friendly business. Thank you again!
It was the fourth day of 100+ degree weather, and it was getting hotter and hotter in my house. We had shopped around and gotten some quotes for new HVAC systems. Only problem was that everyone was booked. Then one morning we woke up, and realized there was no cold air in the house. I called All Star AC and…
Good service
Fantastic Service & Quality. A joy to work with. Take care of their customers. Installed two full units (AC & heat) in 2018. Have run great. Recently one unit needed start capacitor replaced. They called when going to be slightly late from original quoted time. Fully checked both units while out to insure…
We used them last year to install a new unit and they were professional, courteous and on time. When the yearly inspection rolled around they reached out and set appointment. The tech that came out both times was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone needing a unit or repairs.
This is an outstanding company. From the two owners (Ed and Chris) to the folks who answer the phones (Anne) they conduct themselves in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner. They installed a new HVAC system in my house. They answered all my questions and guided me through the process every step of the…
Did a fabulous job, again! Replaced another of our A/C and furnace systems about 5-6 years ago and haven’t had a single problem with that system. I would highly recommend their services!
I cannot say enough about this company. They have gone above and WAY beyond to help us with our issue. Amazing service- thank you especially to Ann for her responsiveness and patience!!
Top notch interactions with everyone there. They'll have my business as long as I live in this area!
Excellent service. Did a very thorough install and follow-up inspection. Good prices.
Highly recommend All Star Air-conditioning & Heating Services. They responded in a timely manner, were knowledgeable, informative, and professional. Overall a great experience. Thankful they installed my unit and service it. I highly recommend them for installation and/or servicing.
These guys were the best we found. Reasonably priced, great service, & great products. We went with the Ruud air conditioner and it’s been working great for 2 years now.
Our air conditioner went out in the middle of a hot September day. We called All-star and had temporary air conditioning units delivered that day for a few days until they were able to come give us a new system. It was nice not to have a gap where our house got hot. Within two days we had two new air conditioners…
All-Star Air Conditioning & Heating is our go-to company for HVAC needs. They have come out to our house quite a few times, and there have been several times when they haven't even charged us anything because a fix was very simple. I've never known of a company that would do that, and they have actually done it…
I found All Star to be truthful and focused on my needs not convincing me to buy more than I needed.
They replaced both of my house's units and did a fantastic job. The bidding process was fast, transparent, and friendly. They even found and reserved a specialized unit I needed while I was deciding if I wanted to go forward. The install was great, the guys fully removed the old units and installed both new units in…
They really take customer service to the next level! Not only did they come out on such short notice the owner took his time talking to me and helping me through the process and personally delivering portable AC units to hold me over. Prices seemed high until I got estimates from One hour and John Moore. All star…
From owner to installers to office (Anne) this is a first class operation. I had 2 units put in my home and could not be happier with the people, product and follow up. I would highly recommend All Star to anyone.
The team of technicians were very professional and polite, they took the time to explain the steps needed to fix my a/c issues. Ed and. his team have been my go-to for the last 12 yesrs(maybe longer). I had an event coming up and was completely panicked that this would be a huge ordeal but they came out the very…
This is a excellent company. Very responsive and fair. They do great work.
Been a customer for years and always happy with the knowledge and service. Highly recommended.
Completed the job within 3 hrs, scope included, installing the outside unit and replaced the evaporator coil in the air handler, in the attic. Gave me options to upgrade my system at an affordable cost. Great experience dealing with this company, I would highly recommend them.
Great service installing a new HVAC system. They took their time to go over the options, no sales pressure. Installation was quick and they provided excellent follow up.
I've used All Star for many years and cannot say enough good things about their work and honesty. They have kept an old system running for me when I did not need a new system and have also installed a new system to improve a bad builder install. In an area where there are a lot of HVAC companies to choose from, All Star is the best.
Fantastic experience. They gave a fair price for two new a/c and heat systems. They arrived on time for their appointment, the office called several times before and after and communicated well about what to expect. They cleaned up after themselves. I have already sent 3 more customers their way because our experience was so positive.
These people...this company is simply the best. Installed and maintained three AC/Heating systems in three properties. Excellance in every aspect. Love them!
