Antonio was able to explain everything and provide suggestions for a better functioning system. Very professional.
Antonio was awesome!!! He was on time very Polite and knowledgeable of our system. After completing the routine maintenance we requested he did show us some pictures of our plenum that had some sort of growth going on that confirms what we had been thinking. In a professional manner he showed a couple of options…
All Star has great customer service!
Easy to get an appointment and very thorough evaluation of our HVAC system.
They showed up exactly on time and fixed my furnace issue quickly.
First free tuneup with purchase went great. Everything was throughly checked and found to be working great.
The customer service is outstanding! They arrive on time and did a great job! I have used them for repair and replacement of my unit. Highly recommended!
Antonio was super helpful and gave direct , honest feedback.
Larissa came in and solved an issue I had been having for a couple years with high humidity in my home. The previous company, who installed the AC and ducts, kept saying it was normal. She was able to diagnose the problem, provide solutions and remedy the situation. She even followed up to make sure everything was…
Only people I can trust always professional,on time, courteous
All Star came through as a team once again. Katie in the office listened to my questions and concerns worked to get answers and called me back promptly with options. Larrisa came out and installed a soft start kit on my unit and noticed a fuse needed to be changed to meet my units requirements. Don came out the next…
The technician was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything and suggested the repairs/changes for our benefit.
Tim was great and so very competent... air conditioning working smoothly. Thank you so so much. I highly recommend his services!!!!
Kudos to Lazaro for diagnosing the start-up issue with our new 5 ton Amana compressor. He may have discovered these units will require a hard start kit as they use a "coresense" fault detector which cuts off the compressor during low voltage starts. Hopefully, this will fix our problem. Laz is an excellent tech…
I’ve used All Star for several years now and they’re continually reliable, understanding, and honest. All the guys who have come out have been respectful, more than willing to answer all my questions, and given me space to consider their recommendations on work needing done. Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC help!
Very professional and always pleased with their service!

Absolutely amazing service! Katie was professional, knowledgeable, and dependable from beginning to end. She explained everything clearly and made sure we were completely taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Katie and All Star A/C, Plumbing & Electrical!
Got us back up and running 🏃 but definitely over price.
The technician was great (Antonio, I think). He did a great job, explained everything, was very thorough. My only complaint is I thought the service charge would go toward the repair. I think that is typical. I had to pay for the repair plus the service call fee.
Laz identified the problem quickly and got things in motion to get it fixed.
Bobby was efficient and early both days. Due to rain. Explained things easy to understand thanks
Technician was very professional and checked on new system .
They came out and checked my AC for the summer. Everything look good except I do need a new battery because it's a couple years old and it's now going to be life warranted in so I felt it was worth the money instead of having it go out and then having to buy one without having ac.
Very professional and really care about the customer. I originally contacted them about duct cleaning because I was preparing to replace a 20 year old system with another company. Trenton asked in detail about my project, what system the other company was putting in, etc. He spent about 3 hours on the phone with…
Bobby is excellent.
I have been using this company since they started it and have always been 100 percent happy with their service. Anyone looking for a good fair company needs to try them!
Thank you, Laz! Despite the late hour, you made sure we were back to running.🤝

Spring AC checkup. Bobby did an excellent job. Very professional and also friendly. Explained status of the two systems and what to watch for with the older system. Had a great experience with All-Star this past week. After experiencing some issues with my AC, Laz visited my home to inspect the units. Annual a/c maintenance as part of the BOGO maintenance plan. Cameron did an excellent job inspecting and testing the units. Made sure I was informed along the way as he completed his tests. The outside unit was a little off, so he cleaned the unit to restore accurate pressures and made sure everything was performing as expected. Highly recommend!
Lex explained and gave good advice and suggestions during the AC maintenance.
I called because my furnace wasn't working. The technician came out, explained the problem and was able to fix it during the visit.
I contacted Allstar AC repair to investigate why our AC was cooling lower than the temperature it was set to. Customer service was super responsive and got a technician out almost immediately. Thank you for taking care of the problem for us. We appreciate the fast response and excellent service.
I ask them for a quote to install new thermostat. Quote was almost $700 labor plus an $89 visit fee This job would have required less than 2 hours
You can trust All Star A/C & Heating with all of your HVAC needs. Ed is the best ever and all of his guy’s are super. They have done a bunch of work for several family members and we all think the world of them! To say the least I highly recommend them!
Ed and Ares were fantastic—exactly what we needed. Coming home to a house that’s 85 degrees is never fun, especially with a wife who’s eight months pregnant. The team at All Star was on time, fair, and had our entire system replaced in under 24 hours—on a weekend! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services.

I have used a number of Houston air conditioning and heating and repair services over the years and been dissatified. Either their prices were ridiculously high or they manufactured problems and charged me to fix them. One repair service service polked holes in my heater when all he had to do was relight the…
Had my third service with them today. They have a $130 weekend fee. Figured they could wave that for a repeat customer but I guess not. Thankful someone could come out quickly. The part replaced was $350 but you can find online for $30-$50 (7x markup). I’m not handy so is what it is, I let the pros handle it. Brian…

Always good, the tech was knowledgeable.
My unit was purchased last year and they followed up with a spring checkup. The techs were professional and very nice. I give this company a 5 star rating.
When I called All Star A/C, I had another company at my house looking at my A/C unit that hasn't been working correctly since the recent big storms. Trenton was great to deal with.
Trenton the AC tech that came out was the BOMB!!! He was very “Process of eliminationish”…lol to pin point the problem so I understood and to show that he was not just trying to take me to the cleaners on what needed to be done. I believed his every word and we got a new AC unit outside and had new duct work put in…
Tech John came out and was very polite and respectful. Ran some test on my indoor and outdoor unit . Found that I had a leak at the coil and need a new draing pan . Brian has been so professional and efficient at figuring out what the problem has been. The Ac unit itself and everything they initially installed is perfect; it’s our plumbing that’s the problem. He offered a great solution and was in and out in 30 minutes.

All-Star Air Conditioning & Heating is our go-to company for HVAC needs. They have come out to our house quite a few times, and there have been several times when they haven't even charged us anything because a fix was very simple. I've never known of a company that would do that, and they have actually done it…

These people...this company is simply the best. Installed and maintained three AC/Heating systems in three properties. Excellance in every aspect. Love them!
Chris is GREAT! this company is honest in repair costs. very affordable! if you need a awesome reliable ac company this one is the one to call! They call AC manufacturer first to see if any or all is still covered under warranty. We used them in our first house for AC repair that the builder did a crappy job.
