Kudos to Lazaro for diagnosing the start-up issue with our new 5 ton Amana compressor. Got us back up and running 🏃 but definitely over price.
The All Star folks did an excellent job, as always. Our A/C started acting up and they were over to check it out within a couple of hours. They unclogged a drain line that was causing the problem, then made some modifications that would allow me to routinely clean out the drains by myself and prevent future downtime.
Larissa was great! She was super thorough and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour.
