I guess the guys installed the new A/C units appropriately - time will tell, but they made little effort to keep my house clean. They had a couple of tarps that covered a little bit of the carpet, but those became jumbled with all of their movement in and out of the house. I vacuumed after they left, but now there…
Allstate did a great job for me. they pointed out other little things that would help me conserve energy. I have an excellent air conditioning system now.
Katie was quick to help on the phone with honest answers to all my questions. Michael was the best AC service person we have ever encountered - honest, responsive, and went above and beyond to take care of my family until the fix could be installed. Kollin fixed a drain issue for us and was equally impressive and…
Great service, they fixed a problem 2 other companies couldn't get fixed
I had quite a few estimates before making a decision. I found that All Star met all of my needs. Ed the owner was very knowledgeable and flexible. The crew that installed the equipment was professional and it was a lot quieter than I thought it would be. We have a new system and we love it! They also cleaned up…
Ed and Ares were fantastic—exactly what we needed. Coming home to a house that’s 85 degrees is never fun, especially with a wife who’s eight months pregnant. The team at All Star was on time, fair, and had our entire system replaced in under 24 hours—on a weekend! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services.
awesome company!! always doing the right thing!
Our A/C thermostat died last night. Called early this morning and had a great repairman here this afternoon. Great service.
Fast, courteous, military discount friendly. I won't use another company for my hvac business
We’ve been using All Star Air for many years. They have replaced both AC and heating systems. Honest, reliable and efficient. Recommended them to our neighbors and they were also very satisfied with their heating and AC system replacements. Update: Continued good service when replacing warrantied items on upstairs…
My service tech was very helpful and explained everything.
Great company, employees are all very respectful, seem to care about you and everything was done in 2 days. I was also loaned temporary units to use while I wait for the install. It was very easy and stress free. They were recommended to me by my sister who used them 2 years ago and I in turn am recommending them to…
Mr. Trent listed and fixed my issue with my Thermostat. He has excellent customer service experience. Explain everything about my unit. Thanks for your help in this matter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Knowledgeable sales staff and efficient installers. The work went quickly, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Nice people. Easy to work with and fair price. Install crew did a great job.
They are an awesome company to work with! Very responsive, thorough, professional, helpful, and nice! Definitely will use them for other AC things we need in the future!
This is an outstanding company. From the two owners (Ed and Chris) to the folks who answer the phones (Anne) they conduct themselves in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner. They installed a new HVAC system in my house. They answered all my questions and guided me through the process every step of the…
So friendly! Super fast, fair prices, great work! We suggest them to everyone we know!
Excellent service. Did a very thorough install and follow-up inspection. Good prices.
All-Star Air Conditioning & Heating is our go-to company for HVAC needs. They have come out to our house quite a few times, and there have been several times when they haven't even charged us anything because a fix was very simple. I've never known of a company that would do that, and they have actually done it…
Fantastic experience. They gave a fair price for two new a/c and heat systems. They arrived on time for their appointment, the office called several times before and after and communicated well about what to expect. They cleaned up after themselves. I have already sent 3 more customers their way because our experience was so positive.
