Great experience from start to finish. Kala helped me organize my move. Super responsive and easy to work with. Very professional operation. I had the privilege of working with 5 men - Harp, Fred, Rico, Miguel, and Eddie. These men were super strong and moved very heavy items with a smile (in the summer heat too).…

From the initial call for an estimate to the truck door closing, the customer service and crew were above and beyond helpful and exceeded expectations. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home and I mistakenly only ordered one 16 ft storage pod for an out of state move to save some money. Luckily I ordered 2 extra u-boxes last minute from uhaul that were reasonably priced. Carlos and his crew did the full packing/loading service for me with room to spare! I was so worried I didn't have enough space but they fit all those boxes in every inch of the pod and only used 1 of the uboxes. Uhaul has a zero charge return policy for any ubox not used.
The only thing I would advise it to review the estimate sheet before signing. Just so you know what to expect the day of and to make sure your expectations are met. I blindly signed it purely based on my phone conversation but the actual scope of work didnt reflect what we discussed. But the team made the necessary edits and were able to accommodate quickly and I'm completely satisfied. I would use them again.

Very professional, courteous, efficient, careful, and willing to help. A couple of delicate crystal thins got broken. The way they packaged them I don’t know how . But overall A+. The crew was great.

Great experience from start to finish. Kala helped me organize my move. Super responsive and easy to work with. Very professional operation. I had the privilege of working with 5 men - Harp, Fred, Rico, Miguel, and Eddie. These men were super strong and moved very heavy items with a smile (in the summer heat too). They were so kind, efficient, super quick, and professional. It made my move way less stressful, and I am so happy I had this team with me. Could not have done it without them. 100% would recommend to my family and friends.
Side-note - loved how a few of the men actually helped me place items in the right spot. They have an eye for where furniture should go if you’re unsure.

This is my second move with All Star Movers. They moved belongings from my 3 bedroom home to storage in April 2026, and moved everything from storage to a new house in September 2026. Top notch team in the office and in my homes.
The care taken when wrapping/handling my furniture, photos, mirrors, dishes, clothes, etc. was wonderful. I packed some boxes myself, but they would have done it all and at a VERY reasonable price.
The guys were professional, hard working, friendly and fast. I have recommended All Star to friends and will continue to do so.

This moving company exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Ninna handled all our communication and made scheduling easy and stress-free — she was responsive and kept us informed every step of the way.
The real stars, though, were Alex and his team. They were fast and efficient without ever rushing, and they treated every item — especially our fragile and valuable pieces — with real care. Partway through the move they ran into an unexpected obstacle, and Alex handled it calmly and found a solution on the spot without missing a beat. On top of all that, the whole team stayed friendly and upbeat the entire time, which made a stressful day genuinely pleasant.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend All Star Movers & Storage — and if you're lucky enough to get Alex's crew, you're in great hands.
