Yesterday technician Nick Gordon provided the absolute best pest service we have ever received. Hard working and diligent, he makes sure that every area of our exterior gets treated thoroughly. Great pest control service!
Trent and Logan provided excellent service. They were very knowledgeable and professional! They were also very patient and helpful with me regarding the safety of my pet and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you guys!
First guy cone out and said they can spray under house qnd attic.2Nd guy comes out and says he can't spray under house and it has to be tented i wish someone or all in this company really knows how to treat subterranean termites .So we decided to get HUGHES instead we trust there judgment on a swrousmatter like ours

Buyer beware: Negligent service and a serious safety hazard.I am deathly allergic to fire ants and explicitly informed this company of my condition twice after being attacked in my front yard. During the second incident, I had already used my EpiPen and ended up in the ER. Despite explaining the life-or-death stakes to the technician, who promised an amazing job, the actual service was nonexistent.While he was supposedly treating my yard, I left for exactly four minutes to pick up my wife from her job a mile away. When I returned, the technician was already half a mile down the road. My doorbell camera confirmed he spent a mere 30 seconds throwing down a few granules before leaving.I fired them immediately. To rectify the situation, they offered to have a manager come out and redo the job properly for free. Now, they are aggressively demanding payment for that complimentary service. This is the worst, most reckless company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs
