Mr. Andrey's visit was Polite and Professional. He notified me when he was on the way, when arrived and when site was completed. Asked if I had concerns, but didn't try to sell me unrequested services. I Appreciate that, Thank You 😊.

Ely is thorough and doesn't cut corners even for routine annual inspections. When she leaves, I'm confident my home is as protected from pests as it can be.
We have been with them for about 2 years and don’t really have any complaints. Their treatments that are not included in the quarterly treatments are a bit pricey but other than that, I think they are reasonable. Elvis is mainly the reason why we don’t have any plans to switch. As a business owner myself, I network with many small business owners and have at least 2 contacts that do the pest control but I choose to stay with Friendly Pest because of our loyalty to Elvis. He is a perfectionist and we always wait for his availability to make sure he is the one who does our inspection. I highly recommend the company. The office staff is nice as well!
Update Oct, 2026, 3 years later:
The owner decided to open a second location which impacted the service his original customers get. Not only did we lose our service guy that we always requested, but we are now told to wait for a total with infestation simply because it’s hard to get to our town (the same town for the last 3 years). When we signed up, we were told that the treatment will be every quarter but we can always call at any time if we see any bugs around. It has now been a month of roaches and spiders in our closets, living rooms, garage, kitchen… when I called, I was told that I have to wait 2 more weeks for an appointment. Not only does this make it more than 3 months since the last treatment, but it doesn’t align with their commitment to treat whenever we see something. To add to it, when I spoke to the office, the employee hung up and didn’t even say bye. It’s disheartening to see this relationship go downhill. Not having employees that can come to our location should never be the customer’s concern.
I honestly wouldn’t recommend them now to anyone I care about.
Hi Nissi. Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest review. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the past two years. While we understand that some specialty treatments can be an investment, we’re grateful you feel our overall service remains reasonable.
We’re especially proud to hear such high praise for Elvis. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence truly set him apart, and we’re lucky to have him on our team. It means a great deal that, as a fellow business owner, you continue to choose Friendly Pest Solutions because of the trust you’ve built with him.
We’re also happy to hear that our office staff has made a positive impression. Thank you again for your recommendation and continued support. It truly means a lot to us.
