Ethan, our Service Technician was not only friendly but he communicated about the process and treatment, the nature of our specific issues and was extremely knowledgeable about the types of bugs and how to control them in and around our property. I am pleased with the results so far and will request Ethan again for future visits.
Ethan arrived and immediately began the service in a professional manner. He started outside around the perimeter of the house and pool area then proceeded inside to perform his tasks. He explained what was performed and also answered any questions I had for him. Keep up the good work.
