Super customer centric experience. Good value and quality work.
My breaks went while there on a Drs.visit. I live an hour away and had my 2 children with me. I have no family or friends in Vermont. So we were stranded!!! Super friendly ppl!!!! Referred a tow company(wonderful service) My car needed a bit more work than expected....they were quick efficient and reasonably…
Always able to fit me in. Does an amazing check over of your car every time. Let’s you know about any possible issues, but does not pressure you to fix them immediately/through Allen’s. I swapped to them a year or so ago and won’t be swapping again
We had an emergency! We traveled over from out of town. Our vehicle started making a loud whining when I would stop or turn. I know nothing about cars for the most part. I called Allen’s they were busy and not sure they could get to us. My kids needed picked up in about 2 hours. This place stayed late to help us and…
Awesome people. Great business
Awesome customer service and outstanding work! We never even think about taking the cars anywhere else!
Always the best work! They will be honest and help however they can. Plus Felicia (in the office) is one of the coolest chicks you’ll ever meet!
I was thoroughly impressed with the service at Allen's. Being new to the Rutland area, I asked a friend for advice on where to bring my car. They highly recommended Allen's so I figured I would give them a shot. Right from the start, scheduling my appointment with Felicia was very easy. I received a reminder the…
I have been going to Allen's for a number of years for inspections. Courteous and prompt service. One year, I needed front brakes. The price was good and the service performed then. No problems with my brakes since.
Expert repairs and service. Allen's keeps our cars running, especially Nellie Belle, my 33 yr old Jeep !
We bring all 3 of our vehicles to Allen's! They are very friendly, honest, and do a great job. They will not do any work on your vehicle unless you approve it. They always provide pictures to show what is wrong so you can make an informed decision. I don't take my cars anywhere else!!!!
Had a great experience with Allen's!
I am very happy to have found Allen’s Automotive. They do great work and provide photos and a great deal of information about any issues they find. The work was done well and efficiently and their customer service is excellent. I will definitely use them from now on.
New car dealer feel, from local shop!! They perform a full review of your vehicle with a report to help guide your decisions on current issues, as well as upcoming items. Their range of experience is very impressive, I have a Mercedes car and diesel Dodge truck, they knew both inside and out!! They found the…
