I dealt with Felicia and Logan. They are both cheerful, they listened carefully to what I expected. My vehicle was serviced in a timely way and had a mat on the floor to protect it. Price of the service was reasonable and I thought the general check over was very thorough. They even sent me a text showing what they…
Very thorough and professional service! Detailed receipt and knowledgeable staff.
Allen’s is fantastic. I’ve been taking my vehicles there for about 3 or so years. I always get fast, kind, and reliable service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Allen’s to anyone who is looking for a great team of people who care about cars.
Quality and quick services provided. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Allen’s Automotive to everyone.
Very prompt service. Received a message when the car was ready, no waiting all day. Reasonable prices. Terrific local vehicle repairs.
Great people, good diagnosis. They did the work accurately and got my rather unusual wheelchair vehicle back up to good running in no time. They are a small, family-run shop, not connected to a big corporation, so I appreciate pointing others to Allen's Automotive for car repairs! Best in the area. I went back just…
Very helpful and nice!
Excellent service, knowledgeable employees. They care about the customer
Service was speedy and complete.
I recommend Allens Automotive to anyone. The customer service is great. They go above and beyond to accommodate your auto needs. You will not be disappointed with their service.
The guys did a great job. Very informative and friendly, from the office staff to guys doing the work.
I like to promote local businesses that have provided me with good to excellent service. I am here (August 2023) to once again report that Allen's Automotive did an excellent job of replacing the master brake cylinder on my 1972 MGB. I have own the car for 47 years and my serious wrenching days are pretty much over.…
Always kind and prompt.
I was thoroughly impressed with the service at Allen's. Being new to the Rutland area, I asked a friend for advice on where to bring my car. They highly recommended Allen's so I figured I would give them a shot. Right from the start, scheduling my appointment with Felicia was very easy. I received a reminder the…
Always a pleasure to do business with Allen's Automotive. They check over your whole vehicle and let you know if everything is okay. They don't look for unnecessary repairs, they are just looking to make sure everything is safe and up to speed. It is nice to be able to take your car to be repaired and know you are…
Expert repairs and service. Allen's keeps our cars running, especially Nellie Belle, my 33 yr old Jeep !
Excellent shop and service. They do a great job!
We bring all 3 of our vehicles to Allen's! They are very friendly, honest, and do a great job. They will not do any work on your vehicle unless you approve it. They always provide pictures to show what is wrong so you can make an informed decision. I don't take my cars anywhere else!!!!
