Friendly and professional staff.
Allen’s is fantastic. I’ve been taking my vehicles there for about 3 or so years. I always get fast, kind, and reliable service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Allen’s to anyone who is looking for a great team of people who care about cars.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The waiting room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Not one spider web! Not even in the corners!
Quality and quick services provided. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Allen’s Automotive to everyone.
Have used Allen's twice now and have received great service, they take an interest to make sure everything is right for you.
Best experience I’ve had with automotive repair, inspection etc… in a very long while! A+++

Awesome customer service and outstanding work! We never even think about taking the cars anywhere else!
Always the best work! They will be honest and help however they can. Plus Felicia (in the office) is one of the coolest chicks you’ll ever meet!
I like to promote local businesses that have provided me with good to excellent service. I am here (August 2023) to once again report that Allen's Automotive did an excellent job of replacing the master brake cylinder on my 1972 MGB. I have own the car for 47 years and my serious wrenching days are pretty much over.…
Came out of state to pick up a used wholesale vehicle and got an initial inspection done at Allen's. Super accommodating, helpful and friendly staff. Reasonably priced for what we had done, and their work matched up with what was found during our in-state inspection. Definitely recommend!
Always kind and prompt.
I was thoroughly impressed with the service at Allen's. Being new to the Rutland area, I asked a friend for advice on where to bring my car. They highly recommended Allen's so I figured I would give them a shot. Right from the start, scheduling my appointment with Felicia was very easy. I received a reminder the…
It’s excellent ! The second time we have used them. It’s a little more expensive than the Dealership but worth it
Was looking for a new repair shop to service and repair my 2nd Gen Tacoma. Asked around and check Yelp and Allen’s Automotive came up 5 Stars which I thought was impossible so I decided to give them a call. Felicia who is the Service Advisor was friendly, professional, and very responsive to all my questions. They…
Expert repairs and service. Allen's keeps our cars running, especially Nellie Belle, my 33 yr old Jeep !
Excellent shop and service. They do a great job!
Moved to town and needed my vehicle inspected. I went to Allen’s Automotive and I was beyond satisfied. I got my vehicle inspected but it was done by some of the most loveliest staff I have encountered while here. Their customer service is above average. I’ll continue to use them for all my car needs in the future.…
