First of all the cleaning tech REEKED. His body odor was horrendous. If we didn’t need them cleaned right away I would have sent him away. Second is he didn’t get rid of stains on carpet and my hall rug is now warped looking, it has ripples on the sides and no longer adheres to the floor.
I cannot recommend Allen’s Dry N Clean enough. And I appreciate that they are locally owned and operated. I had a special-needs pet that passed away and needed to get my carpets thoroughly cleaned. I read the reviews here and was really impressed. I scheduled and Fernando came out today. He was very patient and…
Fernando did an outstanding job! He really took his time and was incredibly thorough from start to finish. He pre-treated the carpets before cleaning and paid close attention to the high-traffic areas and spots that needed a little extra work. Nothing felt rushed, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing…
If I could give 100 stars, I would. Fernando did an amazing job on our furniture and carpets. We are extremely impressed with both his workmanship and professionalism. He is a true breath of fresh air. Recommend 100% and will tell everyone I know.
Matt did an excellent job! Very thorough and the couches look as good as as new!
Fernando was awesome…an absolute perfectionist! All of our carpets, rugs, and cushions look brand new.

Excellent! Matt did a fantastic job! We’ve used Allen’s Dry N Clean for years…and Matt has been to our home before! Very much appreciate his attention to detail!
Matt came back to treat a recent purple stain that I thought would be impossible. He actually did it and that area looks brand new! Great job! Before and after.
I purchased 4 grimy but nice custom chairs on FB marketplace, and was delighted that Matt was able to restore them to near-perfect condition. The price was very reasonable too.
Absolutely amazing service. Punctual, precise, well mannered and thorough work!! We loved Matt, he was the best! Huge shout out to this company. We keep coming back year after year
The team was fantastic. I scheduled online to have a chair cleaned prior to moving overseas. Not knowing about the minimum needed for home visits they helped me out by identifying the best rug in my house to get cleaned in order to meet that minimum. They even quick turned the rug cleaning to ensure it made it back…
Matt has cleans my carpets and furniture every year and always does an excellent job, is on time and professional. Wouldn’t use any other company!
Several of my neighbors recommended Allen's Dry-N-Clean Carpet Cleaning. They arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned the carpet and added protectant. This is the second time I used Allen's and once again they did a great job. Matt, the tech, listened to my concerns and offered solutions. Thank you
Matt kept me posted as to his arrival..he was cheerful even though he had to bring his equipment up stairs. He did a great job on the sofa, very professional. I had used Dry-Clean before and it was the same excellent service..that's why I will always ask for Matt
Matt did a great job cleaning my pet stained carpet. He took his time and he was friendly and professional. Matt is the reason I’m a returned customer. He goes above and beyond.
Matt was wonderful! He arrived on time and was very professional he took care while providing his service and could see his quality of work, I would definitely recommend this company, he removed let stains and left the carpet looking beautiful as well and with a clean scent to add. Thank you Matt!!

I highly recommend Allen’s Dry N Clean Carpet Cleaning. I have used them over the past 3 years and I am always pleased with their work. I always request Matt. He is professional, meticulous, friendly, trustworthy, and takes pride in his work.
Matt was professional and thorough. After having another company tell us that it was a waste of time and money to get our chairs cleaned. Matt did an excellent job bringing them back to life. Highly recommend this company for all your cleaning needs.
This is the second time we have used Allen’s. We will never use anyone else. They take their time to do it right and always ask if there are particular issues or problems we are concerned about. 6 stars if I could.
Money well spend got carpet cleaned and couch upholstered. Great job by Matt. Plan to use again in the future.
Matt showed up closer to the beginning of our 2 hour window and did an amazing job. He was thorough and spent the better part of four hours cleaning our carpets, rugs, and couch. It was well worth the money we spent and everything looks fantastic. Especially our couch. It looks like it did when when purchased it 8…

Outstanding customer service, did an amazing job cleaning my sectional sofa and carpet! I highly recommend! They were just under half the price quote I received from Stanley Steamers! Huge savings! Highly recommend!

Originally had VB carpet clean come and clean my couches polyester couches not only did they price gouge me but they did a horrible job. After two weeks of trying to contact them with no response I reached out to Allen's dry and clean carpet to have them re clean the couches because the original company did such a…

We have had our carpets and couch / loveseat cleaned. I scheduled both services online and both times Joseph was friendly and efficient. The carpet and the furniture (especially the carpet) looked SO much better and smelled great. Will definitely call them again in the future!
Matt was an excellent communicator and did a fantastic job with my dingy carpet and couch. They look new!!
We hired Allen's to clean two area rugs and two pieces of furniture. They were quick and efficient, and provided some tips for future cleaning. The reps were very professional and really cared about quality and timeliness. Their support email is also very responsive, among the fastest I've seen. Just note that if…
Allen's Dry-N-Clean are without a doubt the best carpet cleaners in this area. I have used them for years for myself and my clients and have always been happy with their work. Also used them for upholstery cleaning, it was a great job. They are honest and trustworthy.
This was the second time in a row I have utilized these guys after being disappointed by the chain groups. Matt was the tech both times. Very professional and does not disappoint! I appreciate it Matt.
The guys show up on time, are very professional and the carpets look like new when they are done.
Extremely nice and professional service. Did a great job for us!
I’ve used several companies over the years but this local family business beats the others hands down with service and price. Highly recommend them.
