I've used Dry-N-Clean twice now to clean our woolen area rugs. The company is terrific -- the rugs have been thoroughly cleaned and look beautiful. Fernando, our carpet specialist, is a pleasure to work with. The company stands behind their work and I will certainly use Dry-N-Clean again in the future.
Dry N Clean did a wonderful job cleaning the two bedroom wall to wall carpets. One needed pet odor removal. Fernando was very friendly and helpful, explaining the whole process and showing me the invoice in advance. He took his time, put down cloth tarps where the hose would lay, and was careful with the furniture I…
Very professional and did a great job. My carpet looks beautiful!
Allen's Dry and Clean did a great job. This is the second time they have done my carpet to include the stairs and a Persian rug. Outstanding job again. The use of the front door screen and the protector material laid on the floor where the hoses would be placed as to not damage any flooring and guards to protect the…
Matt was extremely professional, responsive and meticulous with attention to detail. Would HIGHLY recommend this company and plan on using them on a bi- yearly schedule.
This is probably the 4th time over a few years that I have used this company and they always deliver. Great service by very nice employees, beautifully cleaned carpets, on time and reasonable prices. And they listen.
The team was fantastic. I scheduled online to have a chair cleaned prior to moving overseas. Not knowing about the minimum needed for home visits they helped me out by identifying the best rug in my house to get cleaned in order to meet that minimum. They even quick turned the rug cleaning to ensure it made it back…
Several of my neighbors recommended Allen's Dry-N-Clean Carpet Cleaning. They arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned the carpet and added protectant. This is the second time I used Allen's and once again they did a great job. Matt, the tech, listened to my concerns and offered solutions. Thank you
Great experience…. Great price…. Looks great. Matt is wonderful. We have teenagers, a puppy, another dog and a full house most of the time. Carpets probably 20 years old and they literally look new and house smells great. No dog smell.. ❤️
My technician Matt was great! Very knowledgeable about his services and products. Easy to talk to with amazing attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend him and this company to others!
I highly recommend Allen's Dry-N-Clean Services. Matt did an excellent job on my carpets. Thank you Allen's Dry-N-Clean for your hard work, professionalism and attention to detail!
I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism of Allen's Dry-N-Clean. My tech Jaquelle, did an awesome job and his attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality company who really stands behind their work.
Matt was wonderful! He arrived on time and was very professional he took care while providing his service and could see his quality of work, I would definitely recommend this company, he removed let stains and left the carpet looking beautiful as well and with a clean scent to add. Thank you Matt!!
I highly recommend Allen’s Dry N Clean Carpet Cleaning. I have used them over the past 3 years and I am always pleased with their work. I always request Matt. He is professional, meticulous, friendly, trustworthy, and takes pride in his work.
It took 3 times to remove the odor from my rug but you stayed with it and got it right.
Great experience and amazing cleaning !
Poor quality for above average cost. For example, in one of the rooms cleaned there were two large areas left untreated. The first was because there was a rocker blocking the area so it was left undone. The second area was covered by kids toys that didn’t get moved. Also, there was a door to the bathroom that was…
On time and professional.
Cleaned our area rugs thoroughly. Did a fantastic job!
I had a light cream rug, which would show any stain or mark. It looks totally brand new. I felt the service was quick concise and they communicated well.
Very pleased with cleaning and pet stain removal. I would use this service again.
I have used this family-owned business for many years. They are courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and reliable.
This is the second time we have used Allen’s. We will never use anyone else. They take their time to do it right and always ask if there are particular issues or problems we are concerned about. 6 stars if I could.
Joseph was professional and friendly! Thank you
Matt showed up closer to the beginning of our 2 hour window and did an amazing job. He was thorough and spent the better part of four hours cleaning our carpets, rugs, and couch. It was well worth the money we spent and everything looks fantastic. Especially our couch. It looks like it did when when purchased it 8…
Matt was wonderful. He did an excellent job and removed a stain that the 3 past companies couldn't get out. He was professional, pleasant and efficient! When I call next time I'll request him.
Very kind a professional
Joseph was friendly and professional . Will definitely use them again for my future cleaning .
Could not be happier with our carpet! Matt went above and beyond, very knowledgeable and helpful! Will be using this service in the future.
The technician they sent , JJ, was absolutely great. He did a wonderful job and did it in a very timely manner. Can’t give him enough praise !
Matt was a true professional. Not only a nice guy but did an amazing job cleaning the carpets of my RV. I was strongly considering replacing the carpet which would have cost me exact 10 times more than I paid this service to make them look like new again. I will definitely call this guy again for my next cleaning, be it at home or my RV.
Quick availability, timely and professional. My do-it-yourself scrubber was no longer cutting it, leaving lots of stains, soiling, and soaked floors. We decided to call in a pro - and they delivered! Carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new.
used this company to clean the carpet from previous tenants that left pet odors. carpet looked and smelled new again. would definitely use them again.
As a property manager this company is outstanding. I've never had a problem with them and will always use them and recommend them to anyone I can. What a fabulous company.
Matt was an excellent communicator and did a fantastic job with my dingy carpet and couch. They look new!!
We hired Allen's to clean two area rugs and two pieces of furniture. They were quick and efficient, and provided some tips for future cleaning. The reps were very professional and really cared about quality and timeliness. Their support email is also very responsive, among the fastest I've seen. Just note that if…
We had a great experience today getting 4 area rugs cleaned in our home. Making and getting an appointment very fast and easy. The communication leading up to the appointment was detailed and very helpful. Matt, our technician, showed up on time, was professional and answered any questions I had. He was efficient…
The technician was knowledgeable of his cleaning products and procedures. He clearly explained the inability to remove some bad stains. Overall he did an excellent job and provided above average customer service.
Allen's Dry-N-Clean are without a doubt the best carpet cleaners in this area. I have used them for years for myself and my clients and have always been happy with their work. Also used them for upholstery cleaning, it was a great job. They are honest and trustworthy.
I’ve used several companies over the years but this local family business beats the others hands down with service and price. Highly recommend them.
I needed my carpets done quickly and Allen's helped me within 48 hours! Thank you so much and Matt was outstanding!!
Excellent technician, COVID safety precautions, professional and pleasant. Such a great experience I wish I had more for you to do -
Great service and kind and professional team! Will use again in future! So easy to book and work with.
Outstanding service! Very professional technician. I can say without hesitation that I will be using Allen's Dry-N- Clean Carpet services in the future.
Great job - fast and efficient at removing stains and pet odors! I highly recommend - carpet looked beautiful! Really nice people :)
I am extremely pleased with the service. They were on time, quick and efficient and did a great job!
The carpet stains from my kids, our dog and from some rework made my carpet look terrible. It was starting to be depressing to look at it. Matt got out the stains: black dried slim, coke, pet stains, milk and the oops my shoes are dirty. The deep cleaning got out deep down HAIR. The carpet looks and feels clean.…
Technician arrived early in the assigned window of 10-1 (10:20) which was wonderful. I explained the work, he gave me the price, and he went right to work. Very pleased with the professionalism of the Tech and quality of the work.
OUSTANDING work! I have gone to Rob for the past several years and will continue to do so. He runs a great business and its obvious he takes care of his peeps. Great service, great work, I would recommend them every time.
The best carpet cleaning business I have ever hired. Produced outstanding results and can be counted on to get the job done! There's a since of pride with this company. Give them a call and see for yourself.
The technician, Joseph, did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and area rugs. I use this company every year and they always do a great job!
Fantastic job cleaning dingy carpets. Great to refresh carpets prior to selling home! Thanks so much!
Great customer service and information provided on the cleaning process on my area rugs.
Diligent and thorough. Covid aware Great job by technician
Top Dawg Status. Very professional work. My mother will be proud of this, and she returns from Xmas bring.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience. They were the quickest to respond to my online quote inquiry, they quoted the lowest price BY FAR, and honored that price without any attempt to upsell. My rug feels, looks, and smells brand new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
The company is simply AMAZING! From the moment they picked up the phone flet like Chic-fil-A of cleaning! Thank you Joseph for being attentive to my carpet the way that you did! I highly recommend this company if you are searching for quality! Awesome job you all!
They were friendly, professional, and worked very hard. They even steam cleaned my car trees, which now look brand new.
Friendly knowledgeable service. Carpet was clean in the time frame quoted. I will use Allen's Dry-N-Clean again.
Matt was wonderful and thorough! Excellent customer service!
We used to live in Northern Virginia and moved to Virginia Beach in June 2019. Our Carpet Cleaner in our last house recommended Allen's here in VA Beach. Allen's is amazing, in all aspects. They are on time and most often early. Their communications via phone calls and texts are excellent. The Techs are…
Joe cleaned the heck out of my carpet!!! I had stains removed that were in the carpet when I moved in 3+ years ago. Joe was professional, on time (even though I wasn’t on time) and by far the BEST carpet cleaning professional I’ve dealt with. I’m not sure what they use to clean carpets and remove stains but they…
My carpets were a huge mess from my cats, and honestly, some neglect on my part. The technician Matt came on time, was courteous, friendly, and professional. He got to work and it was like magic! I now remember I actually like my carpeting(lol). Totally worth the price, and I won't wait so long next time I call them.
