First of all the cleaning tech REEKED. His body odor was horrendous. If we didn’t need them cleaned right away I would have sent him away. Second is he didn’t get rid of stains on carpet and my hall rug is now warped looking, it has ripples on the sides and no longer adheres to the floor.
