Excellent job! Will use again!! Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Price not bad either!!!
I cannot recommend Allen’s Dry N Clean enough. And I appreciate that they are locally owned and operated. I had a special-needs pet that passed away and needed to get my carpets thoroughly cleaned. I read the reviews here and was really impressed. I scheduled and Fernando came out today. He was very patient and…
If I could give 10 stars I would. Fernando was on time, friendly and incredible knowledgeable. His service was quick without missing steps. He explained the process and got to work, and cleaned up really well after the service. Would recommend them to anyone!
Dry N Clean did a wonderful job cleaning the two bedroom wall to wall carpets. One needed pet odor removal. Fernando was very friendly and helpful, explaining the whole process and showing me the invoice in advance. He took his time, put down cloth tarps where the hose would lay, and was careful with the furniture I…
If I could give 100 stars, I would. Fernando did an amazing job on our furniture and carpets. We are extremely impressed with both his workmanship and professionalism. He is a true breath of fresh air. Recommend 100% and will tell everyone I know.
Absolutely fantastic service! My “older” carpets always look brand new after Matt cleans them.
First of all, I love that the company is local. Matt did a great job! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. My carpet looks new! I can definitely postpone new flooring project now. It was same price as renting the cleaning vacuum, dragging it home, and doing it myself. Never again! I will recommend this…
Great service! Came over, very respectful of the property, got right to work and did the best job. 10/10 recommend! Inexpensive as well. Did 2 large rooms with walk in closets, a hallway and stairs.
Dry-N-Clean Carpet Cleaning was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, with timely updates and arrival notifications. Fernando arrived right on schedule, was courteous, and took the time to explain the process before getting started. The results exceeded my expectations — the…
We had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company from start to finish. Matt was the technician who serviced our home, and he did an outstanding job. Had stains removed but the stains reappeared later. Made several calls to have the tech to come back to address the stain problem but no response to arrange for an appointment.
I will never use another carpet cleaning company because Dry-n-Clean is the best I have ever used. I call Edwin my "magic man" because I have pets and he makes my carpets look like new.
This is probably the 4th time over a few years that I have used this company and they always deliver. Great service by very nice employees, beautifully cleaned carpets, on time and reasonable prices. And they listen.

It took 3 times to remove the odor from my rug but you stayed with it and got it right.
Very Happy Customer Matt was on time, contacted me he was en route. He was very professional and went over everything with me before starting. We have two floors of carpet with several pet stains and all of the stains are now gone and it smells wonderful. Thank you!
Poor quality for above average cost. For example, in one of the rooms cleaned there were two large areas left untreated. The first was because there was a rocker blocking the area so it was left undone. The second area was covered by kids toys that didn’t get moved. Also, there was a door to the bathroom that was…
I’m very impressed with this company, from the initial call to Ashley to the work performed by Edwin. He treated all the spots carefully and then cleaned the carpet. It came out far better than I could have hoped for, he got out all the stains. The communication through text kept us up to date and reminded us of our…

I had these guys come out and clean my carpets as my rescue pup is having some potty issues due to anxiety. What a fantastic job they did. Prompt. Professional. Their technician, Joseph was extremely professional, polite and did a great job. I’d absolutely recommend them. The carpets look great!
I had 3 rooms steam cleaned by Joseph, and they look absolutely amazing! One of my carpets was white and had a couple stains that I feared were permanent. It came out beautiful and so did the other rooms. Plus I love the fresh scent that was left behind. I would highly recommend them for both great customer service and quality workmanship.

Joseph was very detailed in his work and was able remove some tough stains. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning!
Oh my goodness, what a difference between the service we received from another well-known company and Dry-N-Clean. Matt was absolutely fabulous as he listened to our areas of concern and then just took care of business cleaning our 45 year-old carpets. They look amazing and smell great too as we've had 9 dogs on…
We have had our carpets and couch / loveseat cleaned. I scheduled both services online and both times Joseph was friendly and efficient. The carpet and the furniture (especially the carpet) looked SO much better and smelled great. Will definitely call them again in the future!
Quick availability, timely and professional. My do-it-yourself scrubber was no longer cutting it, leaving lots of stains, soiling, and soaked floors. We decided to call in a pro - and they delivered! Carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new.

They came put twice during my lease; once to appease potential buyers and the next for my move out. The agents explained the services they were providing both times, were friendly and very accommodating as I was still living at the house, and their work was brilliant and reasonably priced.

I am extremely pleased with the service. They were on time, quick and efficient and did a great job!
The carpet stains from my kids, our dog and from some rework made my carpet look terrible. It was starting to be depressing to look at it. Matt got out the stains: black dried slim, coke, pet stains, milk and the oops my shoes are dirty. The deep cleaning got out deep down HAIR. The carpet looks and feels clean.…

We used to live in Northern Virginia and moved to Virginia Beach in June 2019. Our Carpet Cleaner in our last house recommended Allen's here in VA Beach. Allen's is amazing, in all aspects.
