Fernando was very professional and friendly. He placed a barrier between the door as not to let bugs in-worked great, I had not one single fly. Cleaned my downstair carpets, worth the money.
Our experience with Dry-N-Clean was great! Fernando kept us in the loop on his arrival time and was courteous and efficient. Will definitely use again.
Fernando cleaned our carpets. He was excellent Carpets look great I would highly recommend. I switched from Stanly Steamer several years back could not be more satisfied.
Having read the positive reviews and decided to give Allen's a try, I was still cautious about how my 30 year-old carpets would turn out. I couldn't be happier or more surprised! Had just the high-traffic areas on the carpet and the arms of my sofa and loveseat cleaned. All turned out amazing! As you can…
The stains had established permanent residency. Matt came with eviction notices! Jokes aside, our carpet looked like it shouldve been behind yellow caution tape. Matt really did an amazing job and my husband was very impressed with how hard Matt worked to get the stains out. Would recommend this company to all!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Fernando was on time, friendly and incredible knowledgeable. His service was quick without missing steps. He explained the process and got to work, and cleaned up really well after the service. Would recommend them to anyone!

First of all, I love that the company is local. Matt did a great job! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. My carpet looks new! I can definitely postpone new flooring project now. It was same price as renting the cleaning vacuum, dragging it home, and doing it myself. Never again! I will recommend this…

The guys show up on time, are very professional and the carpets look like new when they are done.
The final price was not as quoted by technician who cleaned the carpet. The work done was average at best and then to discover an extra $50 added to the invoice made the whole experience unacceptable. JC

Carpets looked ok, but did not have a clean, fresh smell. Downstairs tile and grout to be cleaned and sealed....trainwreck. Grout was dark in some places and almost white in others. Looks horrible. We used Allen’s for the 2nd time today and they were as exceptional as they were a year ago. The technician was so professional and took great pains locating every spot left by our new puppy! Our carpets look brand new again and smell wonderful, just like last time. We are customers for life.
Joseph was very professional. He explained everything in detail and offered great recommendations for daily carpet care. He listen very attentive to all my concerns and questions and address them in a way I was able to understand. He also was very respectful/responsible following social distancing rules, as well as wearing a mask when talking to me.
Need blood and other stains removed and it's like magically gone!
Matt arrived and was professional from point A to Z. Did a walkthrough and gave me an honest and great assessment. Diligently went through each room that needed cleaning and did an amazing job despite his obstacles. Hands down will use this company again and would ask for Matt due to his professionalism and his expertise. Thank you all so much
Buyer beware. Personally I would have shopped around and used a carpet cleaner of my choice but my lease requires me to use the one that they have approved. When calling to schedule my cleaning I made sure to let the woman I spoke with that I needed all the pet treatments, spot and odor along with flea treatment per…
Joe cleaned the heck out of my carpet!!! I had stains removed that were in the carpet when I moved in 3+ years ago. Joe was professional, on time (even though I wasn’t on time) and by far the BEST carpet cleaning professional I’ve dealt with. I’m not sure what they use to clean carpets and remove stains but they…
Came, saw, conquered in a timely fashion with outstanding quality and results.
My carpets were a huge mess from my cats, and honestly, some neglect on my part. The technician Matt came on time, was courteous, friendly, and professional. He got to work and it was like magic! I now remember I actually like my carpeting(lol). Totally worth the price, and I won't wait so long next time I call them.
Your carpet cleaning service was the best I have ever used !
Joseph was very thorough and did a great job. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpets but after the cleaning, I don’t think I need to just yet.
