Amateur Hour. I've now had Alley cat technicians here 3 times and there is still at least 1 hole (that I know of) that mice can get through, and I still have mice. Each time they returned, the new technician found obvious mistakes from the previous technician - like forgetting to pull out the dishwasher and look…
Jose was very personable and looked over all the traps that were still in place from a few weeks ago and saw that no rodents were caught in the traps. Since all the holes were covered, no rodents came back into our property.
Team was professional and efficient. Explained everything as the service went along so there would be alignment and agreement. Thank you
inspector didn't find exact source according to the tenants..She said they usually vacuum up the debris but not this time
Johnny came for an initial inspection and estimate. He was thorough and professional. We were able to get the team in a week later. Brian ran that team and did they did great work addressing the entry points and sealing them up while laying traps to clear out the rest of the rodents.
On time for inspection after initial service. Unfortunately I was late by an hour, but Brian and his company accommodated that by returning, thanks Brian and Alley Cat ! Brian found two dead rat carcasses in my basement put of the five traps set ... so fingers crossed .
The alley cat crew was highly professional, very kind and thorough. From inspection to communication to physical work, I deeply appreciate the rat abatement work they did in my garage. SF Rodent Control was able to do an inspection and immediately find an entry point for rats into our walls. They thoroughly patched the holes and cleaned area, and did exclusion for our entire under-deck area. Very nice work!
